employment may be terminated at any time with cause, subject to the limitations of existing labor
laws and regulations. If, as a result of your performance review prior to the end of your probation
period, your immediate superior determines that your performance is in need of further training
and/or evaluation beyond the probationary period, then the same may also be extended for
another period not exceeding three (3) months from expiration of the original probation, with your
