SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
The examination process of MP Judicial Services typically occurs in 3 phases;
1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
2. Main Examination (Subjective Type)
3. Interview
1. PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION:
The preliminary examination shall be an objective type examination consisting of the following
two parts of 100 Marks each:-
FIRST PART (Total questions 75 of 75 Marks)
Constitution of India
Code of Civil Procedure
Transfer of Property Act
Contract Act
Specific Relief Act
Limitation Act
MP Accommodation Control Act
MP Land Revenue Act
Indian Evidence Act
Indian Penal Code
Code of Criminal Procedure
Negotiable Instrument Act
SECOND PART
General Knowledge (Question 15, Mark 15)
Computer Knowledge (Question 5, Mark 5)
English Knowledge (Question 5, Mark 5)

2. MAIN EXAMINATION:
Main Examinations consists of four subjective question papers, each paper consist 100 marks.
First and Second question papers will be given together while third and fourth question papers
will be given together. The time period for each question paper will be of 3 hours.
The main examination process itself will be conducted over 2 days.
Note- While answering the main exams, quoting the principle of citation would be enough.
Quoting the citation itself will not earn any extra marks. Further, quoting the wrong citation
would be detrimental.
