Project Description:
CIAP Application deals with the request initiation process of various Retail Banking Products like
Loan, Cards, Account Opening, and Funds Transfers etc. Once the request gets initiated, it will be
monitored throughout the way with various statuses and corresponding actions being performed till
the request gets resolved.

The AMS Project will leverage the Pega Case Management framework to enhance the customer onboarding and
refund application flow by:
Automating the AMS process by the implementation of integrated, bank compliance, technology solution

Project Description:
Claim Processing System will automate the manual settlement process of a general insurance claim. The
process starts when a claim is submitted by the claimant, during the process the claim will examine by
Fraud investigation department and also with other departments to decide the correctness of the claim
and for missing information. If the claim is valid the settlement amount will be decided. The system
receives claim information in XML format as MQ messages. Authentication is handled by LDAP server.
