Project Title 1 : CIAP

Duration : Nov 2017 to Till Date.

Project Description:

CIAP Application deals with the request initiation process of various Retail Banking Products like
Loan, Cards, Account Opening, and Funds Transfers etc. Once the request gets initiated, it will be
monitored throughout the way with various statuses and corresponding actions being performed till
the request gets resolved.

Responsibilities:

 Analyzing the Business Requirements and Technical Requirements

 Involved in High level and Low level design.
 Developed UI using properties, section and Harness rules.
 Implemented decision and declarative processing.
 Created Activities, Validations, Flow actions for implementing Business requirements
 Implemented Validations and SLA’s
 Running PAL report s and sharing across Pega team for fixing.
 Debugging the Components using PRPC Tracer, LiveUI whenever problem in code occurs.

Project Description:

The AMS Project will leverage the Pega Case Management framework to enhance the customer onboarding and
refund application flow by:
Automating the AMS process by the implementation of integrated, bank compliance, technology solution
Improving processing efficiency & traceability for the life cycle of customer requests
Improving Customer experience by reducing human errors
Improving SLA’s and turnaround time for on-boarding and refunds

Responsibilities:

 Interacted with Developers, Business Analyst, and Project Manager to understand the business
process, identify enhancements and gather Business Requirements.
 Development using PEGA Rules Process Commander rules according to the Business
Requirement.
 Responsible for creation of Rule set designing and rule-resolution.
 Involved in PRPC flow diagrams using Visio, interpretation of complex flow shapes for
Business scenarios.
 Involved in creating activities, activity step methods, when rules and decision rules.
  Prepared the User Interfaces (section, harness, and flow action), portal representation.
 Implementation and integration of multiple external systems with soap connectors.

Project Description:

Claim Processing System will automate the manual settlement process of a general insurance claim. The
process starts when a claim is submitted by the claimant, during the process the claim will examine by
Fraud investigation department and also with other departments to decide the correctness of the claim
and for missing information. If the claim is valid the settlement amount will be decided. The system
receives claim information in XML format as MQ messages. Authentication is handled by LDAP server.

 Created Activities, Validations, Flow actions for implementing core Business logic
