1. Lets play
a. Football:
It will be mini football. The teams will be of 5+3 members. It will be 5 a side game of 7
mins per half and 1 min break. This format goes till the quarters finals which will be held
at the tp ground. Semi finals and finals matches will be held in the football turf beside
Valliamai. The semi finals matches will be of format 12.5 min each half and 5 mins break
and final match will be of 20 mins each half and 10 mins break. The minimum work force
required will be 6 people.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.football
2.chalk powder (for marking)
3.whistles
4.first aid kit
5.water can
EXPECTED PROBLEMS:
1. Teams not arriving on time or at all for the game.
2. Water not provided for the players.
3. No first aid kit provided for players.
4. The team in the database come late for the match.
5. team not added to the database.

b. Mini cricket:
The teams will be 7+4 members.it will be 7 a side game of 5 overs and a break of 5 min.
this format will continue till semifinals. The final game will be of 10 overs and a break of
10 min. The game will be held at Valliammai basketball court. The minimum work force
required will be 10 people.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.cricket bat
2. cricket balls
3.first aid kit
4.water can
5.stumps
EXPECTED PROBLEMS:
1.players not provided with drinking water
2.first aid kit not provided for players.
3. the teams in the database come late for the match.

c. Badminton:
The event will be held at the dental sports complex. The matches will be of 11 points each.
The semifinals and finals will be of 21 points each. The minimum work force required will
be 2 people.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.badminton raquets
2.shuttle cock
EXPECTED PROBLEMS:
1.the shuttle cock is damaged in the middle of the game.
 2.the players in the database don’t reach on time for their match.

d. Table Tennis:

The event will be held at dental sports complex 1st floor. The matches will be of 11 points
each. The semifinals and finals will be comprising of 3 sets of 11 points each. The required work force
will be of 3 people.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.tt balls

2.tt bats

EXPECTED PROBLEMS:

1. the ball gets damaged during the match.

2. the players don’t reach the venue of their match on time.

2. Lets run:
a.100 m and 200 m races:
The races will be held at tp ground. The minimum work force required will be 4 people.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Chalk powder.
2. Whistles
3. Stop watch
4. Water can
5. First aid kit

EXPECTED PROBLEMS:

1. The participants dont reach on time for their race.

2. 2 participants had a really close win.
3. 1 of the participants was already crossing or touching the starting line.

3. Lets have fun:

a. Fifa 19:
Fifa 19 will be held in t 405. The required work force will be 3 people.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.laptops.
2.controllers
EXPECTED PROBLEMS:
1. The game lags during the gameplay.
2. The controller stops working while the players are playing.

b. Treasure hunt:
Treasure hunt will be held at five random places namely, TP canteen, tp Ganesan globe,
golden statue infront of UB, java shops (any preferable), ganesh temple. The participants
are allowed to participate in teams which can comprise of 1 to 4 players.

EXPECTED PROBLEMS:
1. Players may use net to decode the riddle
2. Players may leave in the middle of the treasure hunt.
