Dear Sir or Madam:

At the annual meeting of 2020.ORG, a California Public Benefit Corporation (the


"Corporation"), held on November 24, 2018, the Corporation's Directors unanimously voted to
dissolve the Corporation.

By this letter and the enclosures, the Corporation respectfully requests a dissolution waiver of
objections from the Office of the Attorney General to allow the Corporation to submit a final
dissolution packet to the Secretary of State.

The Corporation is registered with the Office of the Attorney General with an RCT registration
number of CT0247947 and is current with its registration obligations. The Corporation is
registered with the California Secretary of State with the number C3750577, and its Federal tax
identification number is 81-2614059. The Corporation is current with its tax filing obligations.

The Corporation does not have any assets remaining for distribution. As you can see on the
enclosed IRS information returns, the Corporation has had no assets on hand at the end of each
of the prior three taxable years. Contributions to the Corporation have not exceeded its expenses
of operation.

Enclosed please find:

(i) A copy of the signed Nonprofit Certificate of Dissolution dated December 11,
2018, prepared for submission to the Secretary of State ("Exhibit A");

(ii) IRS Forms 990-PF for the Corporation's last three accounting periods, being
the 2015 ("Exhibit B"), 2016 ("Exhibit C"), and 2017 ("Exhibit D'D taxable
years; and

(iii) A copy ofthe Corporation's Articles of Incorporation ("Exhibit E").
