    The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay 5 held a regular session on October 12, 2019.     A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. MILAGROSA TAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR OF 50


    BAGS CEMENT AND 50 PCS OF TOILET BOWL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, FOR THE
    FAMILIES WHO HAVE NO SANITARY TOILET.

    WHEREAS, The Barangay 5 Official has proposed a priority project construction for
    the families who have no sanitary toilet.

    WHEREAS, The Barangay Official decide to ask Hon. Milagrosa Tan, Province of
    Samar for the implementation of the said project.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Salvacion O. Babatla seconded by Hon.


    Roman P. Sayasa be it.

    RESOLVED AS IT IS RESOLVED to ask assistance from Hon. Gov. Milagrosa Tan


    Province of Samar for the implementation of the Barangay 5 Poblacion, Paranas,
    Samar construction for the families who have no Sanitary Toilets.

    RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this Resolution be submitted to the office of the
    Gov. Milagrosa Tan Province of Samar for the implementation of the said project
    at Barangay 5 Poblacion, Paranas, Samar

    Series of 2019

    A RESOLUTION CONSTRUCTION OF 10 UNITS COMFORT ROOMS FOR THE FAMILIES


    WHO HAVE NO SANITARY TOILETS.

    WHEREAS, It is mandated by the Rural Health Unit (RHU) that every family must
    have a sanitary toilet for proper waste disposal.

    WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Barangay has proposed a priority project,


    construction of 10 units comfort rooms.

    WHEREAS, The beneficiaries of the said project are the families who have huge
    numbers of the family.

    WHEREAS, This project was funded by the Barangay from the 20% Development
    Fund and was financially augmented by the Local Government Unit (LGU)
    Paranas, Samar.

    NOW THEREFORE, Upon motion of Kagawad Hon. Roman P. Sayasa duly


    seconded by all members of the council present be it.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, That copies of this resolution be furnished of the office of the
    Municipal Mayor, MPDC, Municipal Engineering Office and to other government
    office concerened for their information and guidance.

    Unanimously approved October 12, 2019.
