ENTS MANAGEMENT PLAN OUTLINE

INTRODUCTION
Jennay Events Management provides and creates memorable events by exceeding the
expectations of the clients. The events management team grows alongside with the experiences they
accumulate with the customers.

Event Plan
Jennay Events Management aims to provide an emphasizing quality above convenience in our
service and food quality that will surpass the distinct taste of our client, well-planned program
and competent workforce .They exceed expectations by delivering innovative and immersive
event that will truly inspire and of course, building credibility with clients and other parties
involved in the undertaking.

I. EVENT DETAILS

Event Place and Time


66th Araw Ng Bansalan Will Be Held At the ABC Gymnasium at Bansalan Davao Del Sur.

The venue of this 8-day undertaking is transportation friendly.

The Event Manager is in charge of planning, organizing, and the execution of events. They meet with
clients beforehand to assess their needs.The event manager will also managing operational and
administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.

II. Organizing Committee

The Jennay Event Management team is composed of members that are organized and prepared.

 Event Manager: JENNEY S. DAYDAY


Roles and Responsibilities: In charge of every facet the event. Manages operational and
administrative functions, providing leadership and support to the team and responsible for
delegation of tasks.

 Booking Committee
Committee Head: Shany Mae Playda

Committee Members:

Girlie Maranan

Angelika Gevera

Roles and Responsibilities: They are responsible to book the place and the catering of the
aforementioned for food catering including the venue and seek for other needs in the event.

 Financial Committee

Committee Head: Jassiel Palo

Roles and Responsibilities: They are accountable for managing the event budget and the recordings
of all relevant event expenses.

 Event Decoration, Props and Facilities and Set up Committee

Committee Head: Lesmy C. Sacil

Committee Members: All

Roles and Responsibilities: They are accountable for creating a decoration plan, identifying needed
supplies, purchasing products; making, building, creating decorations, restoration after event and
securing reusable decorations.

 Food Committee

Committee Heads: Aleah Gatchalian and Ronnick Quilaton

Roles and Responsibilities: They are responsible for helping the clients choose their menus and all
other details necessary concerning the food and beverage.
 Master Of Ceremony: Princess Apple Marquez

Roles and Responsibilities: She is the official host of the event.

Food Safety and Allergies Make sure all food is cooked
thoroughly, label all the food
items that are served, cover and
refrigerate food and drink until
the participants are ready to eat.
Failure of sound systems Have a back up sound system and
make sure that a person with
adequate knowledge in
troubleshooting the equipment is
present.
Expected number of people Maximize all the areas of the
exceeded venue but ensure that it should
not be too crowded with the
designs to avoid discomfort of
the guests.
Limited Space Have a crowd-control technique
like signage on the different
areas and have attention-wise
markings. Additional charge per
head will be paid as per
agreement with the client.
Minor/Major Emergency Have a first aid kit readily
Situations available or ensure that the basic
equipment for emergency
purposes is available in the
vicinity. Examples are stretchers,
wheelchairs and first aid kits.
