LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

We are pleased to offer you employment with _________ subject to the following terms and conditions and
as stated in the Employee Handbook as revised from time to time.

This offer of employment is subject to the attainment of satisfactory certification in respect of a routine
employment medical examination and reference check with your previous employer/s.

1. Appointment and Duties


You will be designated in the position and assigned duties of Job Title and shall be reporting directly to
the Manager’s Job Title.

The Management reserves the right to re-designate, reassign and/or transfer your employment at any
time. It is a specific condition of your service that you will agree to undertake any work assignments as
and when assigned by the Management.

You agree to diligently and faithfully perform your work and to comply with all Company's Rules and
Regulations and not to engage in or be connected with any other business or enterprise during your period
of employment, except with the prior written permission from the Company.

A copy of your job description will be given to you by your Manager when you commence your employment
with us.

2. Commencement Date
You will assume duties with us on the agreed date of Date.

3. Remuneration
You shall be paid a base gross salary of XXXX per month.

Salary review will usually take place in April each year (if any). The quantum of salary increase will depend
on your performance with the Company and the profitability of the Company.

4. Annual Wage Supplement


You shall receive an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equals to 1 month of your base salary at the end of
each year. In the event that you have not completed 12 months of continuous service with the Company,
your AWS shall be pro-rated against the number of completed months of service in that year.

5. Variable Salary Scheme


Subject to the performance and profitability of the Company each year, you may receive a variable salary
of up to a maximum of XX % of annual base salary (Base salary*12) from the Company in accordance with
our variable salary scheme. The payment of the variable salary would depend on the achievement of certain

company as well as individual’s objectives. This is applicable to confirmed employees as at 31 December


of the year. Employee with less than 6 months continuous service with the Company shall not be eligible
to participate in this Variable Salary Scheme.

6. Probation Period
You shall be required to undergo a probationary period of XX months from the date of your commencement
of employment with the Company. On expiry of the probationary period, the Company will review your
performance and may either confirm you in your appointment or extend it for a further period not exceeding
XX months. Confirmation of employment shall be in writing.

7. Hours of Work
The official working hours shall be ______________ with _______ for lunch break. However, the
Company reserves the right to vary your normal hours of work subject to the provisions of the relevant law.
You will undertake to do any overtime work as and when required by the Company, and in your present
position, you will not be entitled to overtime pay in accordance with the relevant law.

8. Bond of Secrecy
You undertake not to disclose or divulge at any time to any person without the prior expressed permission
of your immediate superior in the Company, any secrets, transactions or information in or relative to the
Company’s business and operations which come to your knowledge or possession in the course of your
employment with us.

9. Annual Leave
You will be entitled to XX working days of annual leave per annum after completion of 3 months service
with the Company. For any incomplete year, your annual leave entitlement shall be pro-rated against the
number of completed months of service in that year.

10. Fringe Benefits


You will be entitled to fringe benefits applicable to your employment status in accordance with the
Company’s prevailing policies and practices as revised from time to time and subject to the provisions of
any relevant law.

11. Personal Income Tax


You shall be responsible for all income taxes payable to the tax authorities for all incomes/benefits arising
as a result of this employment.

12. Termination of Employment


During your probationary period, either party may terminate your service by giving XX notice in writing or
payment in-lieu of notice without any reason assigned thereof.

Upon confirmation, the notice of termination by either party shall be one months’ notice in writing or
payment in-lieu of notice without any reason assigned thereof.

The Company will have the right to terminate your employment with immediate effect in the event of a
breach of your Contract of Service or on the grounds of gross misconduct on your part.

13. Data Protection


To the extent allowable under applicable law, the Employee consents to the collection, storage, monitoring,
processing and review of any and all data – including personal data, whether or not the Employee is the
subject thereof – that may exist on or transit Company-owned, maintained or provided information
technology or telephony assets or services. The Employee consents to the transfer of such data within the
Group, and/or to third parties designated thereby, for reasonable business purposes, as determined by the
Company in its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

If you accept this offer of employment, kindly sign and return a copy of this letter in confirmation of your
understanding and acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions of your employment. This will thereby
constitute your Contract of Service.
