used per Chapter Blog, if needed

Follow the table format in each Chapter Blog with A, B, C, D and E. This means each white must have
table to separate answers in A, B, C, D and E

Note that the student will really need the 12th Edition of the textbook. Operations Management
Sustainability and Supply Chain Management (2017) by Heizer, Render and Munson. To save money,
the student can barrow the textbook in the San Beda Library or barrow it elsewhere from the 4th yr
students in the higher batch or other friends in the other section. If no choice, the student can
purchased it with the supplier. The 12th edition is very modern since it is showcasing the NEWEST
operations management of UBER and Alaska Airlines.

Chapter 1: Operations and Productivity
