Project Title: Attendance Management System as Accessible Compensation of Student's

Library Participation

General Objectives: Time and attendance systems are the modern equivalent of the paper
time sheet. An attendance monitoring system serves as a time log that
is set up as a computerized database. It established advance system for
a accessible assistance for the student's attendance inside the Library.
The system identifies and determines the attendance competence. It
also gather and collect data of each students separated in every course
and sections for utilization. Increase efficiency an automated time and
attendance system and synchronized time clocks. It also generates
reports to monitor time metrics and indicators.

Specific Objectives: It develops a high tech system because of the Computerized Database
usage. This system helps to be easier and faster to log in and out .It is
used in any devices allowed to used by the students like computer or
laptop. And convenient in case of many students want to use library in
a particular time. Easy to store and to find data if it is needed. It save
time to store information unlike write in papers or in log book. This
study use to convince students of ucc to use library to search more
legit information instead of using internet , hang around and read
books than wasting time in computer shop. Therefore this system
helps to reduce task of the library staff's.

Scope:
 The coverage of this study is the student's library attendance
 The study consist of time frame of class hours varies on the Librarian
 The study covers the issues of time wasting with manual attendance system
 The study is focused on the students competence in library participation
 The central point of the study is the students in any courses of UCC
 This study is conducted in UCC Congress campus library
 The students of ucc in this study must be attending the year of 2019-2020
 This study is covered the calculation of students often use the library in every 7 days.

 The constraint of the study is that it is intended only for the students of UCC
