Positives observed/CommentA very tidy terminal, housekeeping was top-notch. Majority staff was in PPEs, Drivers were also being checked at gate for PPEs. Proper security check.
Staff was helpful during audit, relevant in-charges cooperated, acknowledged observations & tried to rectify them on spot.
