    MINUTE ENTRY

    The Court has considered Plaintiff’s November 16, 2018 pleading, the caption of which
    begins “Certified Proof of Service” (hereafter referred to as the "Motion"). A copy of the
    pleading was not delivered to this Division, as required, until December 17, 2018.

    IT IS ORDERED, construing the Motion as Plaintiff’s motion to set aside the October
    27, 2018 judgment dismissing this action for failure to serve. Good cause not appearing,

    IT IS ORDERED, denying the Motion. The copy of the mail receipt attached to the
    Motion indicates mail was received by “L. Bird”, not any of the named Defendants. Further, the
    Motion fails to comply with Rule 7.1(a), Rules of Civil Procedure, which requires a motion to
    briefly “ … state with particularity the grounds therefore, ... set forth the relief or order
    sought[, and] … shall be accompanied by a memorandum indicating, as a minimum, the
    precise legal points, statutes and authorities relied on, citing the specific portions or pages
    thereof …”
