Dear Sir,

ln continuation of this office letter No.4642-43lEstt-lll dated 22.04.2019, in

order to further streamline and simplify the proiess of fresh cases of house
sukisidy/requisition as well as renewal of lease agreement of already requisitioned
houses the application form has been revised, which is being uploaded on the University
website. ln future, the concerned employees will be required to apply for house

subsidy/requisition on the prescribed application form for both fresh cases as well as
renewal of lease agreement. lncomplete application or application on plain paper will not
be accepted in the Establishment Section and will be returned in original un-actioned.

You are, therefore, requested to intimate the staff working under your
administrative control. A copy of the revised application form is attached for ready
reference.
