 INTRODUCTIONS

LORDS SECURITY SERVICES (PVT) LTD is one of the dominant private

security company. The company is registered with Securities and Exchange
Commission of Pakistan and has been issued NOC by Ministry of interior, Govt of
Pakistan. The Home Deportments of Govt of Punjab have also issued Licenses
authorizing the above said Company to operate its private security agency guards
in the entire province of Punjab.

The Company’ s Head Office is located at Lahore while it has Sub Offices at
Vehari and Gujarat. The Company at presents operating its services in the
province of Punjab having fully trained security guards, mostly Ex-Armed Forces,
Para-Military Forces and Ex-Servicemen.

GUARD SELECTION AND EMPLYMENT CRITERIA

The Company has well planned recruiting policy. Security guards are
enrolled strictly on merit after proper security , induction procedure which
includes and fitness. On recruitment proper training and instruction are given
to the security guards for use of special equipment and in dealing with the
visitors and general public.

SURVEILLANCE STAFF
Along with the command and control centre, LORDS SECURITY has
established effective line communication, system from its Head Office down to
Sub Offices. Beside line communication , all Security Officers/ Supervisors and
night checker are equipped with all available means of communication. The
surveillance staff works under the direct supervision of Director Operations.
Officials are responsible to ensure proper security clearance of guards through
police, local Nazim, Village Numberdar and as well as from All Pakistan Agencies
Association.

SPECIAL TYPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED

LORDS SECURITY provides well trained armed security Guards equipped with the latest
weapon and equipments with an authority to use the weapon on need basis. The Security
Guards are provided for the shifts of eight(08) Hours and 12 Hours Duty. They provide security
Cover to the Govt,Sami Govt,Organizetion,Mills,Factories,Doctors Clinics,
PharmaceuticalCompanies, Builders/Construction Companies, Storage

Godowns,Conferences/Function/Gathering etc.
TRAINING
Bach regional office maintains and operates separately with requisite
training facilities to enhance the capacity of security guards in weapon handling
,firing and skill in various job as per location requirement. The training is designed
to impart necessary skill in modern aspect of security services. The security
guards are also given the training in identification of suspected persons and
search procedure.

SUPERVISORY STAFF
The area Security officer and Supervisors maintain the discipline,
performance and alertness of security guards at different locations/sites and
report back to the Manager Operation . The supervisory staff also attends all
types of complaints and takes action as per clients suggestions/ desire.

WEAPON
YAKJAN SECURITY Guards are equipped with properly maintained weapon
of non-prohibited bore which include Pistol (30-Bore) and Pump
Action/Repeater (12-Bore) All the weapon are category “A’’ with valid Licenses.
Regular check and maintenance is ensured by a qualified trainedArmorer.
HIGH TECHNOLOGY INTERGRATED SECURITY SYSTEM

provides various types of electronic devices like Scanners, Hand held metal
detectors and care search mirror etc.

We are providing Security Services throughout Pakistan to financial

institutions, industrialunits, offices and Banks, Our rate for 12 Hours Duty
Shift Bases are as under:-

A-Security Supervisor (JCO/NCO) Rs-28,000(Exclusive Tax)

B-Security Guards Armed(Ex-Service Man) Rs-24,000(Exclusive Tax)

C-Security Guards (Civilain Traind) Rs-20,000(Exclusive Tax)

We can arrange electronic security equipment’s like Hand Held Metal

Detector ,Close Circuit TV and Walk Through Metal Detector on request and
their monthly charges will be adjusted accordingly.
