DISCRIMINATOR CLEARANCE

Discriminator clearance activity can be performed during below given scenario-

1) RNW Network Plan Database state is “INTERRUPTED BY SYSTEM”. Use ZEEK command to check the
same.

2) Sometimes when MO Upload getting failed.

MUST REMEMBER BEFOR ACTIVITY

1) Plan the activity during maintenance window with proper outage approval.
2) Remember to make a valid FALLBACK
3) Stop command Calendar and resume after completion of activity

PROCEDURE
A) Discriminator clearance Steps

After performing the above, ensure that all are 0000 except for “Windows currently in use”, by
using the following commands and exit:

S:3
S:4

Now, delete the Dissiminator Extension, using the command “L:2” and exit the service terminal
using “ZE”.

B) Change plan database state to clear in active database (BSDATA)

Wait for 5 min and then go to the next step

C) Change at last plan database state in plan database (PDDATA)

Now, Perform OMU restart from Disk( C= DSK)

Please check ZEEK (it should be clear) and if still problem exists please restart
below given process on OMU as well as both active MCMU's and check.

Unlock CMISE applications

G) Perform OMU code loading restart ZUSU:OMU:C=DSK;

Now put this MCMU in SP-EX mode and restart the MCMU (C=DSK) and repeat the same for another
MCMU and check the ZEEK output using below commond.
