Write a historical narrative that describes life in 18th century Britain from the
perspective of a:
- Convict
- Free settler
You will need to describe what it was like living in 18th century Britain, travelling
to Australia and then living in a Penal colony. Include details of the following
topics in your narrative:
- Life in 18th century Britain
- Crime
- Journey on board a ship to Australia
- Australia: A land of opportunity
- Aboriginal encounter
