All the items in the preliminaries are deem to be included despite excluded by the tenderer.
Electrical Contractor shall fully responsible to liaise with relevant authorities in order to obtain supporting
documents for C.C.C. and the connection of electricity.
Electrical Contractor shall fully responsible to handover the street lighting and telephone infrastructure to relevant
authorities in order to obtain supporting documents for C.C.C. and the connection of electricity and also transfer of
ownership upon muture of the maintainance period.
Prior to the work start it is the relevant trade contractors to liase and cor-ordinate with related authorities to ensure
the work is to be carried out in a proper and acceptable manner.
All the quantities stipulated in this breakdown of quantity is for guideline and reference only. Should it be any
discrepancy between the tender drawings and breakdown of quantities, the highest quantity will take as
precedence.
