1.Choose B school Campuses where you would like to go: Targeting the right B schools is the
important part of this process. First, we have to focus on the type of the skills required. Next, looking
into the management institutes which are offering expertise academic program. Here are the few
points which will help us in decision:

 Looking into the number of management graduates we are targeting to hire for particular
role.
 Reaching to the alumni and maintaining a relationship with them.

2. Take Care of Campus Relationships: Developing a long-term relationship with the


management schools will have good return for our company. Reaching out to the alumni and the
