Operation manual:
The product recommended to use on -20~40℃ environment which can guarantee the long-life.
Safety warning:
Safety instruction: Low voltage design, no further safety concerns.
Cautions: 1.The Spot Light is designed to use DC12V low voltage power supply in order to avoiding any electric shocks.
2.To avoid any damages, do not use AC power supply connects to the product directly.
Warnings: Don’t have a sharp material to impact the top surface of product since it will spark the light pattern.

Installation guide:
1.The product is designed with DC12V power supply. Power consumption for each spot light is about 9W. For design
with one spot light, only single 10W 12VDC power supply is needed. (Fig.1)
For designs use one power supply with several lights, please make sure the total power is adequate for the product.
The approximately watt for each design No.of light x 9 x 1.2. (Ex: 3 lights design will need 33W power supply.) This will
ensure the reliability of power supply.

2.In design with sufficient conditions in power, the numbers of lights being connected is unlimited, however we suggest
to use thick cables and make sure the input voltage for each light will not less than 11.5V in order to maintain the light
brightness for each spot light. Otherwise, please consider reduce the number of lights in each design or consider
thickes cables. (Fig.2 )

For multiple lights design, consider loop-back the wire a way of connection. In addition to reducing the voltage drop
caused by wire resistance, or provide a instant backup power when disconnected at one end. (Fig.3 )

3. The product design with 3 raw cables which are defined as VCC and ground wire
Brown wire: DC12+ Blue wire: DC12V- Yellow green: Ground
4.For outdoor usage, make sure to use waterproof wiring and connectors. (Recommended Jincos waterproof wire and
connectors in order to get the best waterproof weathering effects.)

Jincos waterproof cable and connector installation procedure:

1. There are three pins and one breach on the waterproof connector. Close to the breach are pin1 and pin3, connect .
Connect DC12V+ power to the pin2, DC12V- to Pin3, Ground to Pin2.

2. The OD of each raw cable is about 0.5mm. The number of lights each power supply connected is depend on the
length of cable or numbers of light. During the installment procedure, we need to make sure the input voltage will not
lower than 11.5V for each spot light.
