responsibilities was in our hand in assuring that were able to meet customer

satisfaction, but the same time is a pleasure because we help them through our van

rental business, and riding a van is not only for fun but it also adds a touch of

sophistication to your lifestyle.

Van renting services provide transportation solution for any customer seeking

a specific transport, with the collaboration of recreational activity, this will be a big

way to contribute to new generation of millennials who always seeks for new way of

satisfaction in terms of economical transportation needs.

Parvel offers van renting services in common travel experience for local. It

also handle different occasions and events which gives contribution the millennials

community. It creates impact to customers’ satisfaction in terms of cost

effectiveness, on board amenities.

The Philippines, the second of the most populous country in Southeast Asia,

faces a serious transportation problem.

Transportation in the Philippines made easy by use of private cars, but not all

of us can afford to buy our own car. The Philippines has a vibrant rental market

which currently is experiencing form both local and foreign.

Car rental in the Philippines were very in demand and one of the most picked

cars to rent is the van. Rentals of van are the most common in car rentals because

of its size and durability on going somewhere far.

There are many different company for car rental. They have several different

vehicles with different models to choose, from SUV. They also offer various services

such as chauffer driver, which has a driver and you can just relax on the backseat.

Your personal chauffeur will take in charge wherever you need to go.

C. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

This study is beneficial to following:

The Community – The business will help the whole entire community by
having an accessible travel in any neighborhood.

The University – The study will be beneficial to the university especially to the
students of College of Business Management (CBM), this will serve as a guide in
proposing an ecological and feasible business.

The Customers – This study will be beneficial to customers by offering them


travel assistance and leisure activities.

The Proponents – This study will be beneficial for them to be aware about
the subject matter and will serve as a great aid to broaden their knowledge, skills,
and wisdom that they can also use in their future career in this kind of industry.

The Future Proponents – This study will serve as a basis on how to establish
a business like Parvel and how to build a good relationship between the customers.

D. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

The proponents explains how the proposed study is fulfilled and the methods

used in the research are explained. The source of data, gathering procedures,

treatment of data and validation of the instruments are discussed. Correspondingly,

the definitions and formula are presented in this chapter.

Source of Data

The proponents conduct an interview and observation, as their primary source

of data. Studied related feasibilities at the library to have additional information and

to serve as a guide, and use the internet as the secondary source.

Data Gathering Procedures

The proponents think first of a business concept, taken from their likes

hobbies, passion, and future goals. They look for a location for their proposed

business. The provide permission letter validated by the feasibility adviser to

conduct an interview.

Treatment of Data

The population size is composed of 66,946 at Greenville Subdivision,

Barangay Ususan, Taguig City. The respondent’s sample size is 398. The

proponents use the Slovin’s Formula to determine the sample size.

Sampling Design

The proponents use non-random sampling. Purposive sampling is to focus on

particular characteristics of a population base on their interest, which will best enable

respondents to answer research questions.

feasibility consultant.

MANAGEMENT ASPECT

Management Aspect is one of the important aspects in establishing a

business. To achieve these, management must be able to plan all activities to

become productive and competitive in the industry through human resource,

financial capability and new technologies. This study includes the name and logo of

the business location, type of ownership, business registration, management of the

study, organizational structure, officer and key personnel, project status and time

table and management policies. Management aspect also build the mission, vision

and core values that the organization must apply and achieve in order to be

productive and effective. Those are the requisite element in creating a good

foundation of management.

The essence of this aspect is to provide knowledge on the plans and decision

that the owner must consider in starting a business like partnership. It clarifies the

requirements needed to comply in creating a good management.

words, “Party” and “Travel”. The tagline “We travel the fun ” manifest that the

business provides, recreational activities, and special events that will make our

clients more enjoyable before they reach their destination.

The business uses different colors, Black gives an impression of elegance,

sophistication, power and color. Red is effective in the promotion of products or

services. Yellow is a warm and happy color which creates a sense of happiness,

C. TYPE OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP

The type of business ownership of Parvel is General Partnership. A partnership

is a voluntary contract between the partners as provided under article 1767 of the

new Civil Code of the Philippines, provides that “by the contract of partnership, two

or more persons bind themselves to contribute money, property, or industry to a

common fund, with the intention of dividing the profits among themselves ”. The law

does not limit the number of partners. Businesses as partnerships do not have to

pay income tax; each partner files the profits or losses of the business on his or her

own personal income tax return.

This way the business does not get taxed separately. In case of absence of such

agreement, a partnership is assumed to exit where participants in an enterprise

agree to share associated risk and rewards proportionately. A partner cannot

transfer interest in the business without the unanimous consent of the partners.

Complementary skills and additional contract of each partner can lead to the

achievement of greater financial result together than would be possible apart. It can

also lead to the achievement of goals and objectives of the business.

H. MANAGEMENT POLICIES

Personal Policies

Parvel expects all its employees to work with honesty, diligence, fairness and

integrity in performing their duties and commitments to the company and its

customers, pursuant to the commitment of Parvel to uplift the lives of its employees

and maintain the excellence of its services to its clients.

Work Schedule

 Every employee should work at least 8 hours on Tuesday-Sunday

 Every employee is entitled to have scheduled day-off once a week (Monday).

 Every employee is entitled to a one hour break.

Salaries and Wages

All employees shall receive their respective salaries and wages because they

rendered their services for Parvel every 15th and last day of the month, cut off for

payroll computation will be on the 10th and 25th of the month.

Overtime Pay

All overtime work should be paid 10% higher than their usual salaries.

The management is strict on late and absences without a valid reason.

Sick Leave

Twelve (12) days per year for the first two years of service. With additional 1

Thirteen (13) vacations days with additional 1 vacation day every year starting
