I would like to wholeheartedly express my keen interest in your counseling program. My close friend
informed me of your services as she certainly knows my passion for mental/emotional therapy and saw
me as quite a good fit. With I, myself, possessing personal positive experiences from childhood therapy, I
truly believe I will be able to conduct myself superbly as one of your therapists.

I am a Stockton graduate with a Masters in Psychology and, above all, a person passionate about bettering
the lives of those struggling with their mental health. Even in adolescenthood, I have notably embodied a
beyond average sense of empathy and compassion. With this stated, I am intently eager to expand upon
these natural skills in your counseling setting. I worked at my best with children and adolescents during
my time at the Amethyst Personal Growth & Counseling Center. Along with this, my conscientious
personality greatly assists in my hard work ethic.

I am known by my past employers as an individual that radiates positivity and humbleness. This, I
believe, will be very appealing to children and families who may not believe they have a reason to smile
anymore. Considering this, however, I am more than willing to learn from any mistakes made to better
myself as a possible therapist.
