MAKING THE FIGHT YOUTH NATIONS SUCCESSORS a national paradigm,
RELIGIOUS AND COMPETITIVELY

A. Rationale
Building societies and nations in the modern era of today requires human
resources are of superior quality and high competitive power. Quality human
resources with all its potential needs to be equipped with knowledge and skills as
well as counterbalanced by having faith and akhlakul karimah. For that we need an
effort to prepare a cadre of qualified national development and high-power saiang.
Setting up a cadre of national development which has the intellectual and moral
quality is the responsibility of all people, both the people and the government.
Education plays a very strategic and significant as well as the decisive factor
for the sustainability of national development. So far the government has made
education of various types and levels as the engine of growth, the mover and driver
of national development. Through this education cadres formed nation of reliable
quality that will become agents determinant of the direction of national development
in the future.
Embodiment mission vision is actualized by forming youth forward-thinking,
character, capacity and competitiveness in order to prepare a cadre of youth
character fighting spirit, voluntary, responsibility, knight and be critical, idealistic,
innovative, progressive, dynamic, reformist and futuristic without leaving Indonesian
cultural roots in the frame Unity as an effort to support the development of
entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, education and youth leadership and
volunteerism in various fields of development.
 Religious in the national context is defined as a patriotic spirit and nationalism
is understood as a form of servitude to Allah. State owned martial spirit of religious
youth are not contaminated by the thought of radicalism, terrorism and social ills
such as drug addiction and pornography.
Competitive in the sphere of youth mengadung sense as a form of ability to
compete in a healthy result of the pattern of cadre and an increase in the potential
of youth in a planned, systematic and sustainable in accordance with the method of
education, training, apprenticeship, coaching, mentoring, and utilization studies,
partnerships and youth empowerment centers that continuously developed so as to
achieve maximum results in creating added value of youth in various fields of
development, as well as increasing the noble character and achievements of
Indonesian youth in the arena of global competition.
To print a youth perspective on nationhood and religious as agents
determinant of the direction of national development in the future, and supporting
the realization of youth competitive, then Campus 4 Blora intended to create a
forum for scientific discussion in the form of implementation of the National Seminar
on Youth with the theme, â € œMewujudkan Youth Successor National Struggle
Forward-ethnicity , Religious and Helpless Saingâ €.

B. Name and Event Scene

This activity was named a National Seminar on Youth, under the theme â € œ
Successor National Struggle Youth Brought Forward-ethnicity, religious and
Helpless saing.â €

D. Objectives
1. Assist the government of encouraging the nation's youth struggle minded
successor nationality, religious and competitiveness.
 2. Facilitating student, youth, academics and the public to have a correct
understanding of the importance of realizing the nation's youth struggle minded
successor nationality, religious and competitiveness.

E. Forms of activity
This event is held in the form of a nationwide seminar include:

1. Lecture / presentation by three speakers, namely:

2. Discussion on the nation's youth struggle minded successor nationality, religious
and competitiveness.

National Seminar was attended by 1,000 participants consisting of several
parts of the community as follows:

I. Budget
National Seminar requires a total budget of Rp. 72,000,000, - (seventy two
million). More fund budget details as attached

J. Source of funds
This National Seminar diperoleah Fund of Assistance Minister of Youth and
Sports of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019, to apply for funding for such activities.

K. Closing
Similarly, the proposal is structured, to provide guidance in the implementation
and taken into consideration for all those who wish to help in the implementation of
these activities. May Allah SWT provide convenience to us in carrying out this
activity and meridoinya, Amin ya Robbal Alamin.
