an attorney in the Seattle area and a court-appointed

attorney for Denny Douglas Titus. I don't know if I'm

Would you give me a call? I have some great concern

about the property at 7152 34th Avenue Southwest in West
9
Seattle. The property should be titled to Mr. Titus, not to
10
Robert Crawford. I'm hoping that the title company is
11
pulling up the quit claim deed and an agreement whereby the
12
title to the property would revert to its long-time owner,
13
Mr. Titus. Anyway, I'm a court-appointed guardian ad litem.

The Attorney General's Office on behalf of Adult Protective
15
Services has filed a petition for guardianship with Mr.
16
Titus, given some financial exploitation that's alleged
17
against him. Anyway, could you give me a call, (206) 683-
