Odin setup and updates

Daily master for Odin Client

1. Download ODIN9105Setup, update and master. Save all the files in D drive.

2. Double click ODIN9105Setup and click on unzip button. This will create folder in C
drive named as ODIN9105Setup.

3. Go in C:\Odin9105FullSetup\Setup\disk1 and run setup.exe. Make sure that all the

applications are closed before installing ODIN.

4. Click on OK to proceed further.

5. Click on “Next” button.

6. Click on “Yes” button.

7. Fill all the information as shown in the picture.

10. Do not change any data. Click on “Next” button.

13. ODIN installation will process and complete.

14. Put the IP address as per your connectivity.

15. BcastTCP(ipaddress) shall be as per your connectivity. Change the TCP port and UDP
port as per mentioned in below table.

16. Click on “Next” button.

17. Click on “Finish” button and close all windows.

18. To update masters, click on Odin_Master_<ddmmyy> and save the same on desktop. Go
on to the desktop and double click on the saved file. This process need to be run daily in
order to

20. Click “Install” button which will start installing masters.

21. Click on “Finish” button. After this you need to run patches informed
time-to-time to all clients.

22. You have to run the ClientMas batch file to complete the master updation. When you will
run the batch file it will show screen like above. Click “spacebar” button of keyboard and
screen will close automatically.

Segments

23. In Tools > Preferences, Order tab change the PRO/CLI value to “CLI”. Do the same
changes to all segments.

on Download
data option.

24. Now, go in Chart Preferences tab and put tick on “Download Data” option.

Pending orders (F3) to open

with all or only confirmed.

25. You can select criteria of Order book (F3), with it shall always open. i.e. Order book can
open with only pending, unconfirmed, etc. or it can open with all orders.

Market watch (F4) to create your
selected scrip’s profile.

26. Go in Market and click Market watch (F4).

Code Symbol

Exchange

27. Select exchange, type and then code or symbol. Now, press enter which will add scrip to
market watch

28. You can add different exchange scrip’s in one market watch. Right click and click on
“Save portfolio” option to save your market watch.
