We are pleased to engage with you as a Consultant in India. This engagement is on retainer ship basis.
The terms of your appointment are as follows -

Date Of Appointment -
Your consultancy period begins from 5th October 2019. This can be terminated anytime with
mutual consent.

Job Responsibilities -
Sell online Live Project Trainings to Computer Science students in various Engineering Colleges
all over India. You will be provided promotion material for sharing with the students.

Location -
You will be working from your home. You will coordinate with the Sapphire team over Electronic
Chat and Mails.

Working Hours -
There are specified working hours. You can plan your work as per your convenience.

Leave -
It’s a contractual engagement. There is no provision of paid leaves/holidays.

Remuneration -
You will engage with us in a profit-sharing model.
For each new Training sold, you will be given 25% of the selling price for one-month training.
Kindly note, no travel or other expenses related costs get covered under this offer.
Your total remuneration details are captured in the table below and will be subject to deduction
of tax at source, as per the Indian IT TDS laws.
Sapphire assumes no responsibilities for your personal tax affairs.

Single payment per new case after receiving 25% of the one month selling price

Candidate's Responsibilities -

supplied to me in the course or as a result of my employment / contract with Sapphire
Application Integrators OPC Pvt. Ltd. shall be treated as confidential.

II. This agreement applies to both technical and commercial information.

III. This agreement does not apply to any information in public domain or which I can show
was already lawfully in my possession.

IV. I agree that resulting work carried out and any resulting copyrights will immediately
become the property of Sapphire Application Integrators OPC Pvt. Ltd.

Please sign a copy of this letter and return same as a token of acceptance.
Provide us a copy of your PAN card.
