Applicants with Higher Ranks will be picked by CIC first for invitation to apply for PR. An
applicant should have either an employer or provincial nomination to get invitation.

(maintained and operated by CIC) and will assist in filling application for Provincial Nomination
 Upon receiving the invitation from either an employer or a province, Opulentus will help in filing
the documents with CIC.
 A mock application will be filled and sent to you for your appraisal and confirmation
 Once it is confirmed by the applicant, final application will be prepared and it is given for the
third level verification
 Upon the clearance of the file from the verification department it will be dispatched to you for
submission
 Our case coordinators would constantly monitor the progress of your file and keep you updated
until you receive your visa.

Applicants with valid job offer from Canadian Employer or Nominated by a Province/Territory will be
invited to apply for PR visa, which leaves the applicants to apply for jobs in Canada from their country of
