 the working of vijay textile is business to business distribution, they have 20 to 25 suppliers
in the markets.
 the company works between the supplier and the agent as a middleman
 the company has it sub branches in the other state also like rajasthan , chattishgarh,punjab ,
, haryana , bihar , uttar pradesh & it provieds the spare parts of the machinery

 following are the stages for making of spare parts
 RAW MATERIALS

 for making of spare parts aluminium , copper , steel , plastic , brass the parts of the
machinery are made up of different things in it
 there are small plastic balls which has 2 types
 1 original- these parts are made fromm the fresh material and used in new parts
 2 next too- these are from used once then one can made it to make fuse in use it again
 vijay textile has different suppliers for the raw materials some of them are described as

WORK IN PROGRESS PROCESS OF SPARE PARTS AND SHAPE

 the shape of the plastic are made with the help of the moulding machine after heating it at
high degree and then it been sent to the moulding machine then the shape if the spare parts
are been made with the help of it
 as the other material copper , brass, aluminium , steel are also been shaped with the help of
following machinery like
 leath machine , tenth machine ,vmc , cnc

WASTE MANAGEMENT

 are been counted after the production the waste material left they are processed and
reused again and if then also some of the material ar waste then that is been sent to waste
and sold in the market at alow price
 the spare parts of the company of iron and copper are been made costly and also sold costly
in the market while these parts almost work for 3 to 4 years maximum
 as the plastic parts of the same company are cheap at price according it works up to 1 years
maximum it does not work as the steel and copper material
 gearbox and for mouth peace high level machinery are also been provided on rent also
according the time the charges
