ABOUT US
We, as IS YAPI, design and supply high quality, precision engineered steel structures and all facade
solutions to commercial, industrial and residential projects. We understand how the whole building
works and the importance of the interdependence between the various structural elements. With over
twenty years of experience, we provide complete engineering support to contractors and companies, for
all types of facade cladding, structural steel applications and frame systems.

SELGUK established in 1998 and IS YAPI in 2003, is proud to have been involved with some of the
regions’ most challenging projects. Our brand SELFIX have proved to be a brand highly demanded
both in the Middle East and international markets with our façade cladding systems and structural steel
applications.
PROJECTS
We had the privilege to work in such prestigious projects like Conference Palace
(Emirates Palace) Hotel in Abu Dhabi and Emirates Towers in Dubai.

Our customers include Abu Dhabi Public Works, ADNOC, Al Futtaim, Al Ghurair, Al
Jaber, American Hospital, Arabian Aluminum, Arabtec, Commercial Bank of Dubai,
Dar Al Rokham, Dubai Aviation and Dubai Municipality, Juma Al Majid, Nurol and
Samji Stone in UAE. In Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia we have such distinguished
clients as Brookfields Multiplex, Qatar Petroleum, RTCC, Saudi Oger and Hyundai.

We have also supplied and installed fixing systems for US Embassy buildings in Turkey,
Georgia, Pakistan, Ghana and Mali. In Turkey we have provided structural steel and
fixing systems solutions to Eczacibasi Holding in their Kanyon Shopping Mall project
and installed steel structures and roof solutions to Gordion Mall, TED Sport Complex
and Turkish Army in Ankara.

Moreover, we have worked with Nurol LLC in their Abu Dhabi Marina City Project in
UAE; with ANGMP in their Commercial Bank of Doha Headquarters Project in Qatar and

The design and fabrication of steel structures and complete fixing systems are strictly
controlled within the tolerances using the latest technologies. Our aim is to provide
the most reliable and cost efficient, custom tailored engineering solutions adhering to
specific project requirements, environments and international standards. Our talented
engineers and design staff, with extensive design experience and structural expertise will
provide you with the most efficient solution available, implementing BS, ASTM, DIN and

Timely delivery and secure completion of high quality projects is ascertained by our
qualified and experienced staff complemented by reliable material and transport
solutions providers. We have the ability to take on any major project in our 4,000 m2
factory capable of manufacturing 20,000 fixing system sets daily. It is equipped with
modern machinery in 15 different stations and is controlled by state-of-the-art fully
automated process control systems. It is conveniently located in Izmir, harnessing
excellent infrastructure of an industrial zone and transportation facilities of two nearby
international ports and an airport.

C-FIX SYSTEM
The C-FIX fixing system is designed by SEL-FIX and commonly used in the Middle East projects. It is a
secure and economic method of installing slabs. These anchors are preferred due to their loading capacity
for large cavities and optimal structural performance. Three dimensioanl adjustability allows quick and
easy installation of natural slabs. The C-FIX system provides the sector with strong, reliable and easy to fix
solution. The C-FIX system may be installed on concrete as well as other surfaces as steel structure and
block work. The connection to the structure will be defined as structure itself.

Installation of horizontal joints with C-FIX system:

Suitable for concrete and block walls for cavities between 60-250 mm
Slabs are pinned from the bottom and upper sides
Anchors are fixed on to concrete and block walls with expansion bolts
Anchors act as load bearing carrying half the weight of the slb above
Anchors also act as restrain holding the slabs below against wind suction and pressure
Anchors are adjustable in three axis allowing quick and easy installation
Z-FIX SYSTEM
The Z-FIX system may be installed on concrete as well as other surfaces as steel structure and block
work. It is the most common method used and is preferred for its three dimensional adjustability,
which enables easy and quick installation.

Suitable for all types of structures

Suitable for cavities of 40-200 mm
The anchorage system acts as load bearing and restrain
Anchors are adjustable in three dimensions to improve quality and performance
S-FIX SYSTEM
The S-FIX system is a strong, reliable and easy to fix solution suitable for larger cavities.

L-FIX SYSTEM
The L-FIX system is a strong, reliable and easy to fix solution. The L-FIX system may be installed on
concrete as well as other surfaces as steel structure and block work. The connection to the structure will
be defined as structure itself.
U-FIX SYSTEM

The U-FIX system is commonly used on steel structures. It is designed to provide facades with simple,
strong and low-cost solution. The U-FIX system can be used on horizontal joints and vertical (with weld
plate) joints

UP-DOWN SYSTEM
KERF SYSTEM

The KERF system is used generally to support weak stones amd facades with non regular stone paneling. It is
strong, easy to install and safe.
