All leaders are not natural leaders; some shape this society, and some are shaped by it.

I come from a humble background, and my life is not shaped only by my experience but also by the
experience and struggle of my parents.

I was a very good student till class 10, and I scored 9.8 CGPA in class 10, but due to my negligence
and over confidence I failed to maintain the same level in class 12 and scored only 81.17%.

I chose B.Tech as my career option and took admission in GIET, Gunupur. When I was in 2nd year of
my B.Tech my father called me one day and just told me that-“Son, when you passed class 10th, and
we were unable to get you admitted in D.P.S, Bokaro(which was my dream school) we really felt bad
and I think that resulted in your poor performance in class 12th.

That conversation just altered the entire course of my life. My parents never saved a penny as their
entire investment is just me and my siblings.

I knew at that moment only that I need to give my best and excel in whatever I do in my life.

TCS was the first company that came to my college, and I got selected in it. I worked 34 months
there as a performance engineer and got the top band in all appraisals.

I left TCS as I felt that what really interests me is the things that happen at the management level,
the real business part of an organization. I joined IMT Ghaziabad, and I am determined that I will
excel here and will learn a lot of things from professors, peers, and my mistakes.

What really motivates me is to be the best version of myself every day to make my parents proud,
and the only way I can do that is by following my heart with full commitment an dedication.

The most significant challenge that I have faced so far in life was on the occasion of my sister's
marriage. The number of guests that turned up for the event was more than the original estimate
and upon realizing the situation my father started panicking and he was not in the condition of
taking a rational decision. At that time I suggested that the best possible way is to reach out to all
the nearby restaurants and gather all the available food with them to handle the situation and due
to this we somehow salvaged the situation.

The biggest learning that I got from this incident is that there is no pre-decided format for similar
events. Things may look similar but they can differ in many ways like the location of the event,
nature of the crowd, etc. So, it is always better to plan every event entirely on its merit after
considering all the factors.

I have worked for 34 months in TCS as a performance engineer and during that period I gained
knowledge regarding various processes that an IT company needs to do and how to make a service
offering attractive for a client and in order to get business from them what are certain key areas one
needs to cover. The interest and knowledge in these areas
