Teaching Pedagogy
Create active learning environment with constructive and authentic activities to engage the
students.
1. Implement variety of methods such as meaningful learning, collaborative learning and
interactive learning.
2. Develop various types of assignments such as formative and Summative and corresponding
rubrics for evaluation
3. Analyze potential learning difficulties and adjust according to teaching needs.
4. Establish bank of resources for teaching such as learning materials, lab assignments, class
activities and websites.
5. Teaching plan with goals and objectives with teaching methods, activities and evaluation
pattern.
6. Actively participate in Professional bodies such as IEEE, IACSIT and CSI from research
perspective.

Assessment
A blend of periodic written assessment and Continuous Assessment will be used for better
student engagement and effective evaluation

Evaluation pattern: Continuous evaluation based on class participation, case studies,

Progressive Assessment Test, Midterm, End trimester examination, Practical and Oral
examination.

 Components of Assessment are suggested as

o Final Trimester End Written Exam : 30 % Weight
o Continuous Assessment (by course teacher) : 70 % Weight
 Continuous Assessment (Concurrent Evaluation): A continuous assessment
approach in Trimester system (also known as internal assessment) is spread through the
duration of course and is done by the course teachers. The continuous assessment
