This particular fraud on the court, occurred on Oct 24 2016 and can best be described as an incredible violation of public trust “ever”, by a
public official [ a Judge and an Attorney, thus these, officers of the court, ] it’s the equivalent of the trust, we the people, faithfully place in
our elementary school teachers placing our babies to their care, only later to discover the trusted School teacher raped the 6 years old child or
molested the child under color of education. When Miami-Dade County Circuit court Judge Michael A Hanzman, breach of his oath of office,
Oct 24th 2016, for alleged cash bribe, in effect did violate public trust Oct 24th 2015, he economically raped me and every citizen of the state of
Florida by false trust, by his deceptive pledge of oath of office. He made his pledged to the people of Florida, that he will uphold Florida Law
and f constitution and U S Constitution, he lied.. Mr. Hanzman acting in the capacity of a circuit court Judge stripped me and every citizen in the
state of Florida, state and federal due process rights, rights Guaranteed under Our State and US Constitution to be heard, before the state can
lawfully take, liberty, life or property, Mr. Hanzman was aided in his obstruction of justice, by Mr. Stuart R Kalb, and his business Partner /
Attorney of record, Roniel R Rodriguez IV, who acted in dual capacity as both representative counsel for CREDO LLC, [his own undisclosed
business entity, Credo LLC ] and in and for his undisclosed Managing Member interest in Credo LLC.

I Darrell K Wilson execute this sworn affidavit and declare under oath, that on Oct 24th 2016 inside Miami Dade County Judge Michael A
Hanzman Chambers, “the fix was on” , once Mr. Hanzman violated his sworn oath of office, Oct 24th 2016 in exchange for judicial favors to
Miami Millionaire Stuart R Kalb and his business partner Miami Attorney Roniel R Rodriguez IV .in the case Credo LLC v
American Investment Services, There was no turning back for Judge Hanzman……

To look at Mr. Hanzman from an appearance perspective in his
court room setting, while he is on the bench you will quickly see
he is incredibly smart, well balanced, but can be a bit demanding
of those before him, but on the surface his decisions and
intelligence in the Law you will immediately come away with the
conclusion, Gee, this is a very stern law based Judge, his aged
appearance projects he’s honest but in reality these are false
allusion that his looks or his well-spoken presentations would
make anyone believe he is truly a credible and honest Judge. The
reality of this sad case is quite the contrary; Judge Michael A
Hanzman is a fraud. He is dishonest to his oath and lacks the
respect the office of Judiciary requires. he violated his oath of

office, Oct 24th 2016. In our review it appears he is more of an
opportunist hiding behind the office of Judge, a once crooked
Attorney who got appointed as a Judge by Governor Rick Scott.
Hanzman took the appointment to increase his wealth at the
expense of Law and order. You will see that he clearly knows the
Law and controls the temperature and demeanor of those
standing before him in his court room, like any good Judge
Should, but all this notwithstanding, he projects to colleagues
and to others false settings, false flags as to who his Character
actually is, or his willingness to accept alleged bribe money. .. Mr.
Hanzman should resign. Stuart R Kalb should run with deliberate
speed to the feds and confess hoping he gets a plea agreement
exposing to the feds how many other 11th circuit courts Judges he
and His business Partner Roniel R Rodriguez has secured judicial
favors contrary to Florida Law.
I, Darrell K Wilson Sr., was economically Raped by Miami-Dade
County Judge Michael Hanzman, and his associates, Miami
Millionaire [white supremacy] Stuart R Kalb and Roniel R
Rodriguez IV disguised as an Attorney. Judicial Corruption in
Miami-Dade County, Florida is so so pervasive, so wide spread,
and yet incredibly covert, smooth and lethal to the cause of
justice in Miami-Dade County, Florida. There seems to be no
bar, no limit of reach to which a few corrupt official of our
Judiciary would travel if enough cash is on the Table of disgrace.
The record will show an actual crime in chambers was committed
Oct 24th 2016, and not just a mere error of the court
misunderstanding of state Law, and statutes. Judge Hanzman,
after allegedly accepting Stuart R Kalb’s disgraceful bribe Cash,
said in short, he don’t care what Florida Law applies to unlicensed
contracting in the state of Florida, Statute 489.127 and 489.128
has no material meaning to him in this case matter., that he don’t
care what Florida Supreme Court has ruled on unlicensed
contracting in the state of Florida, if the unlicensed contractor is
White , as is in Credo LLC case, the unlicensed contractor has
standings…as such Mr. Stuart R Kalb action to Quiet title Mr.
Wilson Mix use constitutionally protected Homestead property,
718-726A-726-728 N W 79 St Miami FL 33150 is hereby Granted..,
and as far as Mr. Wilson’s pending 1.540 Motion to set aside the
Shammah Consultants Inc., unlicensed contractor Judgment as
Void, “ I’ve made my ruling Mr. Wilson, LET THE THIRD DECIDE IF
THE UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR JUDGMENT IS VOID” everyone
have a nice day”.
Judge Michael A Hanzman May actually say in an attempt to
strike a deal with Authorities , Sir, when Mr. Wilson objected to
the court granting Stuart R Kalb d/b/a Credo LLC Quiet Title to
His 20 year Mix-use Constitutionally protected Property, 718-
726A-726-728 N W 79 St Miami FL 33150. I refuse to hear the
objection. I’ve already committed the most unspeakable crime a
Circuit court Judge can ever commit, I’ve accepted cash Money

from a litigant before the court in exchange for Judicial favors. I
granted my co-conspirators in this case a remedy that does not
exist under Florida unlicensed contractors Laws. I have ignored
Florida Constitution homestead laws, Article X 4 (a)(1) . I have
granted this unlawful remedy to Mr. Stuart R Kalb d/b/a Credo
LLC taking Mr. Wilson’s 2.5 Million Dollar Constitutionally
protected Mix use Homestead property: 718-726A-726-728 N W
79 St Miami FL 33150 in execution of Stuart R Kalb $ 275.000
void unlicensed contractor Judgment, the Repair work
performed was unpermitted , I Granted Mr. Kalb Quiet Title
against Mr. Wilson’s Property in defiance to Florida Law 489.127
and 489.128 in defiance to County mandatory permitting
requirements. I, Michael A Hanzman with full knowledge and
forethought violated my oath of office for alleged cash bribe
money. If I, after involving myself in this disgraceful criminal act,
reverse myself and hear Mr. Wilson’s pending 1.540 Motion to
set aside, Stuart R Kalb, Void Shammah unlicensed contractor
Judgment. I would be labeled as a deal breaker, a judicial trader,
or a snake by the few under-worlds of terribly corrupt Attorneys
in Miami who make deals with Judges after Judicial Hours for
court room favors against Florida case law and statutes. [These
are those in whom the Florida Bar dare not attack or fear file
Supreme Court cases against.]. See; Miami Attorney Roniel R
Rodriguez IV I told Mr. Wilson, Oct 24th 2016 in chambers to “LET
THE THIRD DECIDE IF THE SHAMMAH UNLICENSED CONTRACTORR
JUDGMENT IS VOID” when I knew the Third district court of
Appeal can’t hear a Matter that has not been heard by the trial
court, but because Mr. Wilson in my view is considered a Nigger,
owning large prime property location Stuart R Kalb and Roniel R
Rodriguez IV wanted, I told him anything, which in my Judicial
view is plenty appropriate to his ¾ human status in Miami-Dade
County, Florida. I used my Judicial Authority to take Mr. Wilson
Property, under color of Law, and Stuart R Kalb did his part.. in
Short, this was an absolute Taking, without due process of Law.
Now we all, sit back quietly, and hope, Mr. Wilson’s demand to
state and federal Authorities for Justice fall on deaf ears, because
No one will believe that an upstanding “White” well respected
Circuit court Judge would dare commit such an abominable
violation of Law against his oath of office for a mere $ 250.000 US
…??
UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR RELIEF GRANTED
If what has been stated in this affidavit is actually true, and
Michael A Hanzman did in fact accepted a Cash Bribe from Miami
Millionaire Stuart R Kalb and his Business Partner Miami Attorney
Roniel R Rodriguez IV in the case Credo LLC vs. American
Investment Service, and did unlawfully granted Stuart R Kalb/
Shammah Consultants Inc, Judgment, standings as an unlicensed
contractor, for the purpose of taking Mr. Wilson’s $ 2.5 Million
Dollar Constitutionally Protected Mix use Homestead property,
718-726A-726-728 N W 79 St Miami FL 33150 by way of Quiet
Title to Stuart R Kalb/ d/b/a CREDO LLC, for the sheriff sale
purchase price of $ 10.00 July 18th 2012. What then should Our
