Court, by way of Comment to Respondent’s Formal Offer of Evidence,
respectfully avers that:

1. EXHIBIT “1” is admitted as regards to its due execution and its

authenticity. The Petitioner interposes no comment as to the purpose of
its offer in evidence.

WHEREFORE, Private Complainant most respectfully prays that the

foregoing comment be considered by the Court in resolving the
Respondent’s “Formal Offer of Evidence”.
