1. What you will need to download

Tails ​- This is an OS (Operating system) that boots on a USB. The reason you will need
this is that Tails makes it so that your internet service provider cannot identify who is
using this system, therefore everything you do, it is unknown who is doing it. There is
one big reason you want this. Every once in awhile a shipment will not arrive because it
was found by authorities and seized. After this happens the authorities will notice the
drugs were being sent to your house which is more than enough evidence to authorise
a warrant. If the authorities search your computer, they will see that you bought those
drugs and you will go to prison. Many people have gotten in trouble like this, but Tails
takes away that risk entirely. However, it is worth noting that Tails will not save you
against weak passwords, unencrypted documents and things like that. The last thing
regarding Tails is that the browser used in this OS is TOR. TOR is a browser in which
your traffic is randomly directed through a network of servers before you reach your final
destination, in order to protect your location and identity.

UUI ​- A UUI (Universal USB installer) is part of the process for downloading Tails. It
enables it so that you can download Tails on your USB.

PGP ​- PGP (Pretty good privacy) is an encryption program. It enables you to send and
receive messages so that the receiver of your message is the only person that can read
it and you are the only person that can read messages sent to you. You will use this
when speaking to a vendor and giving him things like your address.

2. Common questions
1. Will I need a burner laptop?

a. No, a burner laptop is unnecessary because Tails already does the work
for you in making you untraceable.
2. How do I know which vendors are best?
a. If you search online the vendor’s name, if they are reputable you will likely
see many websites regarding them. However, assuming they aren’t the
most popular vendor, they will have reviews and if the reviews are mostly
positive you can assume it is safe. You can also see a list and links of
many reputable markets and vendors​.
3. Which countries should I purchase from?
a. Europe, Canada and the US are generally reputable for being safe and
delivering good drugs. You probably want to buy within your country so
that whatever you buy has a smaller chance of getting found. However,
certain drugs you will not need to worry about this. Also, NEVER buy from
Japan. It isn’t safe at all.
4. How do prices on the dark web compare to street prices?
a. Usually, the dark web is far cheaper and also higher quality than what you
would find on the street. It is also far safer when you have security
measures like these.
5. Should I test my drugs when they arrive?
a. YES, always test your drugs.
6. Which cryptocurrency should I use?
a. Some of the currencies used in many markets are BTC (bitcoin), XMR
(monero) and LTC (litecoin).
7. Should I use a VPN?
a. Absolutely not. Your VPN provider can see all of your traffic and do
whatever they want with it, such as logging. Many VPN providers claim
they do not log your traffic but there is absolutely no way you can confirm
they are telling the truth. And when authorities come over to your VPN
service and start asking questions, they will be quick to hand over
everything they know about you. Not only that, but a VPN doesn’t even do
anything for you except slowly drain your bank account. So just don’t.
Waste of time, money and could be the reason you get in jail.
8. What is 2FA and should I use it?
a. YES. It is extremely important you use 2FA. This is short for two-factor
authentication. The reason you want to do this is so that it will be
impossible for anybody else to log into your account. Whenever you log in,
you will be asked to decrypt a message sent using your PGP key. You will
be the only person capable of decrypting it.
9. Should I deliver to a PO box?

a. This isn't required but it is extra security. Many deliver to their homes,
have had their drugs seized and were just fine.

3. Downloading and booting Tails

Here is a good tutorial​ that is quick and to the point. Below will be a written explanation
on how to do this.
NOTE: ​You will need a USB stick of at least 16 GB. Also, many people may have
issues when initially attempting to start up Tails. Visit the troubleshooting section for
help.
Downloading:
1. Plug in your USB (You will need this in step 7).
2. Go to ​Tails download for USB sticks​ and click on download tails under direct
download (Make sure you are downloading the latest version and continuously
update in the future).
3. Download a ​UUI here​.
4. When you have downloaded the UUI, click on agree and then create.
5. You will be brought to a page and there should be a blank drop-down menu
under “Step 1”. Search for Tails in the drop-down and select it.
6. Then select browse and find the Tails operating system downloaded earlier.
7. In the second drop-down menu under “Step 3”, choose your USB drive.
8. Now check the box that says “NTFS Format Drive (Erases Content)”
9. When that is finally finished, click on create and then yes. There will be a
moment of downloading.
10. Tails is now downloaded onto your USB
Booting:
1. With your USB device still plugged in, turn off your computer. You will need to
start BIOS. This can be done by pressing a certain button which is different to
every computer so look up how to do it on your computer.
2. When in BIOS, navigate to the “Boot” section using the arrow keys.
3. Find your boot options and select boot option #1 as the USB drive you put in
earlier.
4. Set boot option #2 as the drive with your OS on it. Doing this allows it so that
every time you put your USB into your computer, it will boot straight to tails,
however when the USB is not inserted, the computer will instead boot normally.
5. Then save and exit from the BIOS.
6. When Tails starts up, press enter and you will soon be directed to the desktop.

7. When directed you will have the option to change settings such as the language
and you may do so as you like. When finished, continue.
8. When the system has started up, make sure you are connected to the Internet.
Also, leave the time in UTC time zone and you will be fine. From here you will be
ready to go onto TOR and buy your drugs (Unless you still haven’t set up PGP).

4. Setting up and using PGP

There are tutorials online on how to ​encrypt/make a PGP key ​and ​decrypt​, but if video
isn’t your thing, there will once again be step by step explanations below.
Before you start, you will need to download ​Gpg4win​. When finished downloading, the
application should be named Kleopatra.
What you will be doing is learning how to encrypt and decrypt PGP messages. You will
also learn how to make your own PGP key so that other people can privately send you
messages that only you will be able to decrypt.
Making a PGP key:
1. Open Kleopatra and select “New Key Pair”. If you have no key pairs then this
button should be the first thing you see. If you can’t see this then go to file and
select “New Key Pair”. The shortcut for this is Ctrl + N.
2. Enter a name for the key pair and continue.
3. Make a passphrase for your key pair and create it (You will need to remember
the passphrase).
4. Make a backup of your key pair.
5. When finished, right-click on your key pair.
6. Click export and export your key.
7. When exported you will need to open the gpg file with Notepad.
8. When finished you will see the PGP key. ​This ​is what it should look like.
Encryption:
1. Before you can send a message, you need someone to send it to. So you can
skip this part until you are ready to buy.
2. Once you find a vendor you want to purchase from, you should be able to find
their PGP key when you click buy. Don’t worry, clicking buy doesn’t confirm the
purchase.
3. When you have the PGP key, copy and paste it into Notepad and make the file
into a .gpg file.
4. In Kleopatra, select import and choose the .gpg file with the vendor’s PGP key.
5. You will be asked if this is the correct person and if you did everything right then
they should. You will also be asked to certify it for yourself and you can just go

through that. When you have gone through that small bit, the vendor’s PGP key
should be imported.
6. Type out the message you plan on sending in Notepad.
7. Copy the message.
8. Click on the ​little carrot​ in the bottom right of your screen.
9. Then right-click on Kleopatra and select clipboard.
10. Click on encrypt.
11. Click add recipient and choose your vendor.
12. When you finish, the message will now be copied and you can paste it anywhere.
It will appear like just any normal PGP key and can be sent as a message.
Decryption:
1. Copy the PGP key.
2. Click on the little carrot in the bottom right of your screen.
3. Right-click on Kleopatra and select clipboard.
4. Click on decrypt/verify.
5. Enter your passcode and continue.
6. Paste into Notepad and you will see the message.

5. Cryptocurrency
You may want to purchase cryptocurrency anonymously. There are three different ways to do
this. You can buy it with cash and in person or use a prepaid card. You can also use ATMs for
different cryptocurrencies. It is also worth noting that some websites do not require ID or
verification. Monero is designed for anonymity.
You will need to buy cryptocurrency in order to purchase anything on the dark web.

6. Troubleshooting
There are often times problems associated with Tails in terms of troubleshooting. Here
are some common ones:

“NMI Watchdog: watchdog detected hard lock on cpu 0”

This varies on whether it is cpu 1, 2, 3, 4, etc., but it is all the same. The solution to this
is when starting up tails and you are at the page that has Tails and Tails Troubleshoot.
Press tab. Doing this will bring up the boot options. Press space and type
“nouveau.modeset=0”. This will fix the problem. If it doesn’t work, try again with only
“modeset=0”.
