OHMC04B The IF cable and IF Jumper cables are securely connected. Major 4
Extra length IF cable is kept by making coil at ODU end to facilitate future
OHMC05C Minor 1
maintenance.
Waterproof & sealed measures for all outdoor IF cables are correctly adopted
OHMC06B Major 4
according to specifications.
OHMC07B The bending radius of IF cables cable is larger than 30 cm. Major 4
Waterproof curve is made on IF cable before entry into the equipment room and
OHMC08C Minor 1
entry point is sealed well.
E1, FE, GE and IF cables are routed properly and bound with ties with uniform
OHMC09B Major 4
spacing & moderate tightness.
Black ties are used at outdoor to bind the cables & properly trimmed with no
OHMC10C Minor 1
sharp edges.
FE & GE cable connectors are made at site according to specifications and tested
OHMC11A Critical 8
before connecting to IDU.
OHMC12B Optical patch cords outside the cabinet are protected by protection tube. Major 4
The cutting part of protection tube for optical patch cords is smooth; otherwise
OHMC13C Minor 1
cover the tube end with insulation tape.
Protection tube is entered into the cabinet with a length of less than 10cm and
OHMC14B Major 4
end of the tube is fixed firmly.
The connectors of the optical patch cords those are laid but not in use are covered
OHMC15B Major 4
with dust proof caps.
1. No sharps bend and cross of optical patch cord at the bending position.
OHMC16B 2. Optical patch cords are bound neatly with moderate tightness. Major 4
3. No other cables are laid on the optical patch cords.
The extra length of optical patch cords are kept in the fiber management tray or
OHMC17B Major 4
coiled into a circle of more than 8 cm before it is fixed.
POWER & GROUNDING CABLES
OHMD00A Circuit breaker for IDU meets the design specifications. Critical 8
(1) The grounding locations of IF cables are according to the specifications.
(2) The grounding cable of IF cables are extended towards IDU and fixed to the
OHMD01A Critical 8
tower /grounding bar nearby securely.(ensure that paints are removed at
touching portion of clamp to tower member before fixing).
The protection grounding cables of IDU rack and IDU are correctly and securely
OHMD02A Critical 8
installed.
ODU is grounded and the grounding cable of ODU is extended towards IDU and
OHMD03A fixed to the tower nearby securely. (Ensure that paints are removed at touching Critical 8
portion of clamp to tower member before fixing).
Core size and color of supply cables and protection grounding cables are met the
OHMD04B Major 4
design requirement.
OHMD05A No joints in the power / PGND cables. Critical 8
The surplus part of the power cables and protection grounding cables are cut off
OHMD06B Major 4
and not coiled.
Suitable size of lugs is used to terminate power & protection ground cable and
OHMD07A Critical 8
lugs are crimped firmly.
Lugs are covered with sleeves or wrapped with insulation tape and no bare wires
OHMD08B Major 4
are appeared at lugs.
All the power cables and protection ground cables are connected firmly with
OHMD09A Critical 8
correct polarity location.
(1) Lugs are installed cross or back to back when two or more lugs connected at
OHMD10B one point. Major 4
(2) Lugs are bent at an angle of 45 or 90 degrees when two lugs are overlapped

1. Inspection Result: “√” indicates OK. “X” indicates Not OK. "/" indicates N/A.
2. Site quality Scoring method:
Site Quality Score is the sum of all recorded scores violating corresponding hardware quality standards of the
product installed at site and higher score indicates worse quality.
3. Subcontractor’s team leaders will do self-inspection corresponding to HSQR after completion of hardware installation
work and before equipment power on.
4. Subcontractor’s team leader needs to close all non-conformance points corresponding to HSQR internally before
equipment power on which are found by subcontractor’s team leader during self inspection and submit Huawei Site
Quality Report (HSQR) to Huawei project team within specified time line.
5. Subcontractor will submit HSQR for each and every site.
6. Huawei Engineer will perform quality inspection after getting HSQR from subcontractor to check the authenticity of
the self declaration claimed by subcontractor on hardware installation quality.
7. HSQR and site quality will be accepted or rejected by Huawei project team based on the quality inspection result.
8. Subcontractor will resubmit HSQR of rejected site after rectifying all non-conformance point within the specified time
line.
9. No quality no ESAR (ENGINEERING SERVICE ACCEPTANCE REPORT).
