CONNECTION DESCRIPTION
A. Electric connection AS38-1000 supplied with cable (4×6mm² ) + polars socket 32 A (3 x
400V+ground) .
B. Vacuum pump tube Ø 90 external AISI 304 ( to the pumps).

C. Compressed air connection Ø 16 tube of pneumatic type for AS38-1000 .

Notes for the installation:

300 Pumps is supplied separetely from the machine and fed separately.

To switch on the 300 pumps, the AS38 provides a “clean” contact, the customer must provide a cabinet for the pumps and a
2x1mm ² cable between the cabinet of the pumps and the cabinet of the AS38 and operate the pumps start-up.

To connect the machine to the pumps, prepare a stainless steel tube with external diameter of 90mm or a hydraulic tube and
bring it 1mt far from the pumps and 1 mt far from the machine. The final connection will be made by a flexible tube. We
recommend that the rigid tube is clean inside, we decline any responsibility of damages occurred to pumps caused by eventual
external parts, and makes not so many curves, eventually with soft angles (not 90°).

In AS38-1000 we will install an innovative system of teleassistance for control and verification of PLC and control panel
installed on the machine.

This system requires your installation of an Ethernet cable to bring to the machine and connected directly to the line network
and so to internet. This port should not be blocked by the firewall for outgoing transmissions.
We wish to clarify that this line will allow us to view only our machine and not other pc and device connect in your network
business.

To operate the equipment correctly, which needs to be configurated right here in Saccardo before the shipment of the machine,
we need an unused IP address on your corporate network and know your network settings (programming lan address, if it is
present the configuration of the server proxy, and all that concerns to the communication network for access to the internet).

In the absence of this information and settings, you can not use the remote service.

THE AS38-1500 HAVE INVERTERS INSIDE: FOR THE CORRECT FUNCTIONALLY OF THE LINE YOU MUST FORESEEN THE
INSTALLATION OF ADEQUATE DIFFERENTIAL SWITCH UPSTREAM OF THE SAME LINE ACCORDING TO EUROPEAN RULES
APPLICABLE.

N.B: at the moment of installation and start up of the machine, agreed with us, our technicians should find the vacuum
piping and all other connections already prepared to limit the time of start up of the machine and grant the right
training of Your personnel for a correct use of the machine.
