 Instructions for Ordering Parts
To order parts, contact your nearest Madill Sales, Service and Parts Locations,
refer to Distribution Centres previous page.

When ordering replacements parts, please have the following information at

hand:

MACHINE IDENTIFICATION – Know the model number and serial number of

your machine. The model and serial number can be found on the Specification
Sheet at the beginning of your Parts Manual, or on the metal identification plate
found on the machine. On the following page you will find a Machine
Configuration Chart (including a legend) specific to this machine at time of
manufacture. ie. If you have a processor attached with an excavator front end
and a side entry cab you would refer to the parts lists with 08P#1 & up, 08EF#1 &
up, 18SC#1 & up (however your machine is configured and serial numbered).
Any pages that show ie.,Units #1 & up or in the case of the undercarriage
#520001 & up, these are universal parts for all 800 models. If requesting
information for parts ordering or service and warranty on the engine you will find
the engine serial number on the engine serial plate or on the Specification Sheet.
The engine manufacturer’s parts and service manuals are in their own separate
binder. For the specific attachment with your machine, also refer to the separate
parts & service manual for that component.

PART IDENTIFICATION – Know the Part Number, Part Name and Quantity of
parts that is required. The part number for each item can be found on the
appropriate parts listing.
