• The LCE requires the Department Heads and their offices to contribute to the
Executive Agenda, especially towards key governance areas that fall under their
respective mandates
• Set a meeting with the Sanggunian in order to advocate and seek policy support for
your Executive Agenda. This meeting will jumpstart the crafting of your ELA.
• The LCE, together with the Planning Officer and a representative from the
Sanggunian, must revisit and review the CDP and CLUP. One of the important things
to analyze is if the key governance areas in the EA are reflected in the CDP. The
CDP can be then amended when the these key governance areas are absent.
• The AIP and LDIP are then crafted following their respective guidelines, making sure
that the EA is supported and funded
