Freelancer is to submit copy of his/her id and college degree.

Freelancer must have extensive experience with Autocad, College degree in architectural or civil
engineering. Freelancer with real world “Construction Management” experience will be preferred. You
must be fluent in English.

Freelancer will perform the following tasks for $600.00 that will be paid in 12 installments of $50.00 as
each milestone is met as listed in this contract. Freelancer will be paid a bonus when his drawing is
approved by the license architect, structural engineer and permit is issued by the city of Parker, in the US.

Several major revisions during the initial stage is expected; Contractor must submit daily or alternate
day update to MH via email, drop box or some other online means in Autocad 2017 dwg file and pdf
files; Freelancer will comply with Texas building codes and sound engineering design; Contractor is
expected to advice MH with his expertise for better design; Cost estimate is not included in the
agreement; Time to build projection is not included in the agreement

Aesthetica/Munzer Haque will guide you through the entire project alternate day or weekly
basis. You will be provided thorough feedback and instruction via email, skype as you progress.
You will not be left alone to do the job.

What is covered under this contract?

All Floor Plans; Furniture’s (without this, it will be difficult to assess the needed size for a
room; Elevations; Roofing; Every Ceiling; Floor design; Finish Bathrooms, Kitchen, Finished
every room, All Walls or wherever is needed as decided by MH; Sectional view of all
complex items; Site plan, road, water hydrants, poles, lamps, berms, ponds etc.; Land scape,
tree, flower beds, land scaping, outdoor lamps, and all objects; Swimming pool & Tennis
court; Water fountains, Sculpture and other decorative items, interior and exterior;
Foundation design (pier-beam or slab), its sectional view, and engineering specification;
Complete Electrical; Mechanical; HVAC (Heating and Cooling System) A/C duct path;
Plumbing locations and piping; Sewage lines and septic tank; All light fixtures, fans,

 chandeliers etc.; Generate list of doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, sculptures
etc.; Very detailed legend is expected; All windows, doors surrounding, Cornish and all
decorative items cross-sectional views; List of items and material, additional technical
documents as necessary; 3D rendering of the entire house, room by room, indoor and
outdoor. Preferably bird eye view but not necessary; Answering question and guiding the
construction crew during the time of the construction.

You will receive $50.00 payment for each of the following milestones via Venmo. There could be few
weeks of pause of work after completing the 1st floor plan.

Take roughly 1 week for the 1st and 2nd floor. Then 4 to 5 days for each other milestone.
All milestones require as many revisions as necessary to satisfy Munzer Haque’s requirements.
Freelancer must complete each of the following milestones within 1 week each.

1. 1st Foor plan

2. 2nd floor plan
3. North and West elevation
4. East and South elevation
5. Roofing, site plan, swimming pool and landscaping
6. All utility, electrical, plumbing, security system, entertainment system.
7. 50% of the 1st floor sectional room by room views are complete
8. Remaining 50% of the 1st floor sectional room by room views are complete
9. 50% of the 2nd floor sectional room by room views are complete
10. Remaining 50% of the 2nd floor sectional room by room views are complete
11. All descriptive detailed document for the design is completed
12. Generate Bill of Material

• Multiple revisions as necessary until your drawing is approved by US licensed architect,

structural engineer and permit is issued by the city.
• You will be given $100 bonus if you complete everything within 3 months.

Aesthetica/Munzer Haque reserves the right to terminated the contract any time if your work doesn’t meet
expected quality or behind schedule. Aesthetica will still pay you for the work you have already
completed up to that point according to the milestones listed above.

You will submit Autocad 2017 dwg file and pdf files. All drawing will be the property of
Aesthetica/Munzer Haque. Daily progress report is expected.
