1. Your Answer one Good Habit and one Bad Habit (at least 40 words):
Proactive : this is one of my good qualities that I believe I possess, is mainly because I am good at
communication skills, my desires are to be dominant and noticeable most of the times and
knowledge associated in general carves my habit to be proactive a lot.

Put second things first: tackling with the problems that occur at the eleventh hour is a major
reason why this is one of my bad habits, the desire is nothing but just not addresing the issue at

the right time and knowledge is actually the experiece gained from the past 2 decades to handle
situations at the last moment.

2. Good Habits have some good effects and results. Write the good results you get from your
Good Habit. (at least 30 words)

It gives me confidence that my views are being listened and consideed, however at certain
times, I faced certain difficulties for myt poactive nature and for this reason I also developed a
quality of what to speak when and how you get out of a scenario if you are stuck in the middle
only because of your tongue.

3. Bad Habits have some bad effects and results. Write the bad results you get from your Bad
Habit. (at least 30 words)

It creates a hectic state of mind, when I prioritize my stuff the wrong way, I get lesser time to
complete the task which I should have done at the first place. This consequently results in the
ineffective or unsatisfying result of the task that is more important.

4. Your Answer three things to break your Bad Habit (at least 60 words)
1. If I start to give lesser importance to the problems of other people and focus on my
problems more, then I think, I’ll get ample of time to handle the things.

2. if I set my goals clear, that these are the things which are to be completed first at the
beginning of the month, then It will also help a lot

3. reduction of uncertainly avoidance will also play an effective part as by closing the eyes,
we prepare for worst.

I feel I am proactive and I also begin witb the end in mind, however I don’t put the first things
first which somehow allows me to mould my maturity continuum in a way that 2 of the next 3

habits are also developed. This even leads to the value of continuous improvement for me. But I
still feel that I am not fully mature in this context and still a long way to achieve the personal
victory.

10. Do you see areas where you are already doing well?

Yes, I am aware of the fact that I have emotional control and I work very hard to continuously
improve my intellect, but yes I admit that I have a total neglect towards my physical health, I
eat everything and do not regularly exercise, which is the main reason of my growing obesity.

11. How about areas where you could use some help? (at least 30 words)

1. I can certainly take help in the spiritual development


2. I could consult a nutritionist to know what food is good for me
3. I could have my medical tests done to be sure whether I am physically fit or not
4. I could probably take membership in a gym
