Optical Assemblies-Specular A zak " finished aluminulrr
ref ectors provide square symmetr cal, round symmetrical
(type V), or narrow asymmetrlca (types llland l) lighting
patterns. Reflector is mounled with hinges and lock ng screws
into housing for easy access to bal ast components.
Ballast Assembly-Start ng rated to -20' F. Ballasts for
metal halide are constant wattage autotranstormeT. Bal ast for
high pressure sod um are constant wattage autotranstormer
type using an e ectronic starter. All ballasts are high power
factor.
Lampholder-Enc osed glazed porcelaln socket with spring
oaded, n ckel p ated center contact and reinforced amp gr p
screw shell. Sockets for metal haiide lamps wi laccept either
standard or super metal halide lamp. HPS sockets are 4KV
pulse rated.
Etfective Projected Area: 1.2 and 2.0 Sq. Ft.
Mounting Methods
Cast Box Cast a uminum box with plugged holes for
four 3i" surface conduits, and with mounting provis ons for
attachment over recessed junction box. Hlnged housing
bracket secures housing to box with two screws.
Stem Cast alumrnum w r ng box provided for mounting
of luminaretol, pipe(%"O.D.) stem(6. 12, 18, 24, 30
inch lengths). Slem suppoa( hardware to be prov ded by
installer.
Arm-For 14" Hous ng--2'x 5 x 6" ong extruded
a uminum. N,4ounting arm is supplied with %" mounting
bo ts for easy fie d assembly to luminaire and po e.
For 19" Housjng 33/161t x 41.l6" x 10' ong extruded
alum num. l\,4ounting arm is supp ied with iour 3.,'s" rods
and nuts for easy assembly of um narre to pole.
Trunnion Mount-Formed aluminum trunnlon adjustable
for various suspension d stances and available for l/r"
conduit or 3 conductor SOW cord connection.
