Terms and Conditions

• Absolute Rope Access Pte Ltd (Hereafter named ARA) is the final authority on the interpretation of these
rules.
• Notwithstanding any other item herein, neither party shall be liable to the other under, arising out of or
in connection with this agreement.
• ARA reserved the right to change this Application Form and/or training dates without prior notice.
• Registrations shall be accompanied with: Scan copy of your passport/ID – for verification of ID and
name.
• Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit of $500.00 is required.
• We do not accept credit card, bank draft or other as per advice by registration officer/office.
• Full payment should be received prior to the commencement of the training course, or bookings shall
not be confirmed, any unconfirmed bookings at this time may be allocated to other personnel.
• On confirmation of booking, standard deferment/cancellation policy applies.
a) Cancellation more than 14 days prior to commencement of the course – full refund of deposit less 15%
administration fee.
b) Cancellation less than 14 days prior to commencement of the course- 50% refund.
c) Cancellation less than 7 days prior to commencement of the course- No refund.
• ARA reserved the right to cancel the course for whatever reason and full refund (of course fee only) will
be given to the company that have paid a deposit or full amount.
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollar. (Inclusive of relevant tax/es if any)
• Payment terms - TT, Cash or Cheque only. For TT of course payments, the sponsoring company shall
be responsible for the additional bank charges. Cheque should be made payable to ABSOLUTE ROPE
ACCESS PTE LTD.
• Request for re-evaluation shall subject the sponsoring company to bear the cost for the evaluator fee
depending on the number of candidates taking together with the trainee.
• Prior to the training, the “Health Declaration and Indemnity Form” must be completed and signed by the
trainee.

Photo/Video Taking
I consent to the participation in the photo-taking and video-taping by ARA and its appointed vendor during
training with ARA. I also grant ARA the right to edit, use and reuse the said products for corporate
marketing literature and educational purposes. I also hereby release ARA, its vendors and employees from
all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
