How to utilise
Affirmations and
the power of the
mind.

This body of work represents years of research and understanding on “power, words,
energy” and how the mind works. I can now define what I believe the missing bits where
from the early models of affirmations and the mysteries of the mind.
I will take you step by step through the process so that together we build strong foundations
for your life. There is work to be done in the way of exercises and this you will find
pleasant. We start with How the mind works. Understanding this is a healthy foundation to
creating positive powerful affirmations. and above all achieving a powerful happy life.

The ancient Kahuna's had an understanding of how the mind works that proves even today,
to be far superior to what we utilize or know. And even now, only a part of this knowledge is
known. They discovered and knew, just as stated in all ancient religions, that God is a
triune being. And man being created in God's image, is also a triune being (triune meaning
Three).
The Kahuna's, found that the only way to contact the higher self was through the lower self
via the conscious mind. i.e., the conscious mind (middle self) would focus on an affirmation
(desired outcome) and send it to lower self (subconscious mind) who would give the request
directly to higher self for creation, also known as manifestation. See Diagram:

Study this diagram closely. Mostly all of our foundational psychotherapy was learned by
studying the Kahunas. We have adopted and mankind has renamed the same things in
various ways :
The Kahunas even went as far to say that each consciousness has it’s own spirit or entity,
and when all agreed or were congruent (aligned) then manifestation was easy and natural.
When there was an argument between the three parts or selves, then nothing manifested.
The energy that was needed for such work was called by them, “Mana”. Each consciousness
has its own level of Mana. We also know this energy as “primal, kundalini, Chi Ki, Ka, etc.
(Note: The Low Self was also known, as well as the subconscious mind, as also containing the emotional
primal self, the seat of our emotional deep sub structures).
Just as we have three basic selves, Science has discovered that we have three basic brains !
The Left side of the brain, The Right side of the brain and the Primal brain including the
Spinal cord.

These act as gateways to the inner spiritual parts of you that is all creative. The Primal brain,
is the seat of raw emotions and this, like Kundalini (energy coiled in the spine) is the life
energy utilized in manifesting your affirmations.
When you get all three brains working together through either meditation, yoga, Breathwork,
hypnotherapy, sound mantras or other spiritual disciplines, the integration of this causes the
third eye to open Dreams and subconscious symbols come forward and hold special spiritual
meaning that unfolds as your spiritual journey continues.
When you say positive affirmations, the mind / brain checks all new information for any
incongruities from memory, and pulls out any information that does not match its memory
files. A positive thought creates an internal struggle for a while, until the mismatched
information, the positive thought is deleted. (An example of this is when you won't believe
the positive thoughts you think, let alone that they have any power to change your reality).
You need to work on more than just one or two positive thoughts for any desired result to
take place. I will show you the keys to stop your negative mind mass from destroying the
positive change that you desire and want.
Consistent thoughts create reciprocal feelings. It is our thoughts which create our deepest
held beliefs and attitudes we have about ourselves (very often negative and debilitating in
action). Sadly, for many of us, negative thoughts form up to 90% of our current reality. One
of the functions of the mind is to manifest (create) whatever is in it, in the form of thought
messages which the brain relays to the memory held in it's bio-computer (the body). Simply
put, the mind creates reality out of thought forms and the body / brain checks the
information and gives a reply by way of your feelings.

For example, a certain aroma may trigger memories long since forgotten in response to what
you smell, your internal dialogue may be positive or negative, reinforcing either a positive or
negative state. You may picture yourself in a negative or positive way as an outcome.
Everything in the subconscious mind (low self, underdog), is always in a state of constant
action as your subconscious does not recognize time. If you say the affirmation that “I am
rich” and you live in abject poverty. Then your subconscious mind photographs your
poverty and labels it “rich”. It does not judge nor delineate. It then takes your command,
“I am rich”, after labeling poverty : rich, and produces for you an abundance of poverty.
To offset this you must have a goal (outcome) and a clearly defined image of what you want
to create with your affirmation. As you send this absolute clear and precise intention to the
subconscious mind it gives way to the new thought (desire). Once both your minds agree.
Your subconscious mind, then presents the new reality to your higher self for manifesting.
The Kahunas say that your subconscious mind (low self, underdog), always wins.
How negative programming started
When we were children, growing, learning and developing, our personal identity was shaped
by the people around us. Our early friends, teachers and associates, and even parents gave us
the thoughts such as “stupid”, “dumb”, “unlovable” and thoughts like these became the
foundation of who we are. Who we then feel we are.
When someone throws us a compliment, we check it with our internal data and because we
have years of negative thoughts, the new positive thought initially gets rejected.
An example: A man says to a woman “ you are beautiful” or “trust me”. The woman
checks internally, instantly and subconsciously her negative beliefs, reject the positive
compliment and she replies on the lines of “oh yeah — I know what you really want….
sleaze bag!”. In the world today it is infinitely harder to give compliments and infinitely
easier to accept criticisms.
This is because the world is negatively based. But your world need not be.
Thoughts can be changed, including the negative mind mass that we have internally stored
for years. People have two powers to the possibility of change

2 Won’t Power.
Your won’t power is critical and stops change and growth. All life changes, but think of
this, it does not need to be in a negative direction.
Exercise
Now take a moment and visualize a gentle flowing waterfall, fresh and clear.
Would you drink from it?
Think of which one you are drinking from with the way you live your life.
Remember to Laugh
and enjoy the unexpected.
All of our thoughts are creative, therefore all of our thoughts are a form of affirmation. But
they fall into two distinct categories - Positive and Negative, strong or weak. Therefore,
Affirmations can also be defined as positive or negative thoughts which we choose to think
in our consciousness. These thoughts create our reality, how we view it and how we receive
it. By Consciously choosing positive, new, focused thoughts we then have the ability to
create a new reality, a new desired result.
Affirmations are POWER thoughts. They allow your mind to work for you, rather than you
working for your mind. An Affirmation is a positive, focused, conscious thought, that you
place in your subconscious mind through conscious repetition.
Positive thinking is not an affirmation. A positive thought can be worded in any tense, past,
present or future. “ I will release the past ” has the future statement “will” in it, it does not
imply you do. “I am willing to love everyone naturally” has the future statement “willing”
in it, it does not imply that you do. These are positive thoughts but not affirmations.
Word phonetics need to be looked at also “I will release the past” sounds like re– lease to
renew the lease. It therefore pays to check words for double meanings and, if possible, not
use them.
Stating your thoughts in a negative way, such as “I no longer hate” is not positive either.
As the subconscious does not delineate what the negative means. The subconscious works
on the word “hate” and a struggle is set up so as not to hate. So you end up hating in order
to know what not to do. A positive thought would be “I am becoming more loving every
day” This is not an affirmation as it has the word “becoming” in it, it does not imply you do
love more everyday. Becoming is a process word, it is not a completion or end state.
My Meta~Physical definition of an Affirmation is " The mind, body, spirit and soul in the
act of creation; To generate a desired outcome. Creating a truth that concludes in the
formation of something real"

As you can see, it is not only the conscious thoughts we have to work on, it’s the
subconscious one’s we neutralize or delete. The ones that have grouped together that form
our beliefs about ourselves that we make real and prove in the world around us.
Notice on the diagram above, that the pathway between Conscious mind and Higher self is
blocked. The reason for this is that if you had the idle thought “oh I could just die” and
knowing that thought is creative, well then, you would instantly drop dead, not a good way
to evolve on the earth plane. So to offset this, your conscious mind can only contact the
higher self through your subconscious. It acts as a buffer to creative manifestation.
Your subconscious mind gives the commands directly to higher self, unfortunately, your
higher self gets a confused jumble of contradictory messages and mostly negative. Negative
energy is slow moving so you have time to correct this, a slow negative thought may take
years to manifest. So you have time to be focused and change things to what you desire.
Positive affirmations become fast moving, uplifting and the world becomes a magical place.

Preparing to Energize
One of the keys to energizing your affirmations is to chant or sing an ancient body sound
such as “OM” There are quite a few that can work for you. The one I like to Chant is “HU”
we are after all hu-man beings. This is an excellent energy raiser. You can source out which
holy mantra, prayer or song works for you.
Sexual intimacy, rebirthing “conscious connected rhythmic breath, breath work, dancing the
night away, think of the Sufi whirling dervishes, (remembering NOT to drink alcohol as this
diminishes life force). Chi from acupuncture, chi from karate, or one of the many forms of
Kung Fu.
It does not matter how you raise your primal energy as long as you do not hurt yourself or
others in the process. You could always utilize gentle deep breathing in a relaxed meditation
while listening to affirmations or simply practice tai chi, or gentle forms of yoga. Always
remember to clear the mind and focus on your affirmations. This really energizes the bodies
primal energy, that which the Kahunas call “Mana” - you use this energy to focus on and
empower your affirmations. This is only part of the key , you also need the other elements.
It takes more than one thought (affirmation), to change the negative mass which we have
accumulated and reinforced in ourselves as true over many years. It takes time and energy to
change the balance. To get the results you want using affirmations, I believe you need a
special combination of Thoughts and Actions which integrate the four elements, that
being - Air, Water, Fire and Earth. This way you can integrate the new thoughts or
affirmations into your spiritual being, resulting in manifestation. I call this "Affirmation
Empowerment Mode" and this is how it works.
3. DO IT (Element Fire)
Take action, do it, put into motion the things that will manifest your affirmation, travel
towards the outcome, use focused energy and action to achieve it.
4. BE IT (Element Earth)
You must let it become a living part of you, a natural part of your reality, a way of life, (or
you won't allow yourself to have it), create it physically, goal plan it step-by-step into reality
thus pulling it to you.
Consistency equals power. Power through this process equals manifestation. That is, getting
the affirmation to work on all levels of self, from your highest mind, down to your deepest
cellular level of being. It might help to key code it simply this way: Think it, feel it, do it, be
it. Appropriate Action will beat positive thinking every time. Appropriate Action plus
Affirmations with this affirmation mode (think it, feel it, do it be it) equals success.
Meditation, hypnosis and rebirthing are all tools which help us to integrate and also to throw
out unwanted material. They also help speed up the process of change from negative to
positive and thus create a new reality.
Always state your affirmations in the NOW, as if you already have that which you are
affirming for, as your subconscious mind knows nothing about time and stays in the eternal
now moment.
A clearing awareness exercise.
Relax. Become conscious of all that you think, that is, monitor your thoughts as you think
them. When a negative thought comes into your mind, say to yourself "CANCEL" or
"DELETE" and then replace it with five positive statements. Try to do this process a little
every day, until it becomes a natural part of your everyday life.
If you wish for somebody’s love specifically, and hope to attract them through affirmations,
affirming that “so and so loves me”, interferes with their energy and tells the universe that
you will only accept love from one place, or from one person. Usually love from outside the
self. This is doomed to failure as you have to generate love from within. Also, they can
subconsciously sense your manipulation and this may cause them to not like you, for what
appears to be no reason at all.
When we say
External / Collective: example: "People greet me with genuine love and warmth"
This keeps it open to explore and have fun. This will draw to you loving people.

By acknowledging the problem you give yourself an opportunity to define it and change it

The healing affirmation is “ My need to have this condition in my life has now been
satisfied.” or “I release this condition now and forever”, “The past has no power over me
anymore”. Then focus and create your positive affirmations. Remember to “think it, feel
it, do it , be it.
Example Problem "I Stutter". Acknowledge it, don't deny it. "It is O.K. to stutter" The new
affirmation, after problem acknowledgment is, " I now speak fluently and freely" (think it
mode) Imagine yourself relaxing the voice box and mind into speaking fluently and freely
(feel it mode). You may seek out a speech therapist or hypnotherapist to assist you in your
desired goal (do it mode) and work gently yet consistently at it, until achieved (be it mode).
Finally, celebrate the positive change and goal reached. This frees your energy for other
goals and other affirmations. Always affirm what you want rather than what you don't
want.

A rule of thumb is to do this for seven days and then release it to the universe to pull it to
you. Do what feels right for you.
So you see with affirmations - thought is creative and also directive towards an outcome
such as a goal, state of mind or using your thoughts to change reality.
The higher self ALWAYS says yes to whatever you think, as long as all three states of mind
agree with what is accepted as your desired reality.
What ever you put after I am , you become. If you say I AM sick, you become sick, If
you say I AM POOR, then you will experience poverty. If you say I AM HAPPY, then you
will experience happiness.

There are many modalities that help you to energize the body and mind. As you work with
affirmations, such as Herbs, Hypnosis, Acupuncture, Rebirthing — all support each other.
Your word is law
All words are a form of power, intention and direction. If you break your word, you weaken
the intention and power behind affirmations. By breaking your word you affirm the
weakness of your word and your affirmations will in turn be weak.
An example: is someone who lies all the time. How can they expect to create their reality
with affirmations when they lie to others and to themselves. Another example is someone
who makes appointments to see someone and simply does not show or ring to cancel the
appointment. If you say to someone, “I will be there on time”, or “I will come over or do this
or that”, and you break your agreement, then your affirmations will be inherently weak. Of
course by renegotiating, (ringing them or contacting them) you keep yourself empowered.
The same way thoughts have energy. If you have a great idea and you tell someone, then that
spends the energy of that thought ! Tell more than three people and you will find that you
will not follow through with your idea. Not only that, but they will load you with a ton of
negatives that stops you dead in your tracks.
An example: Lets say you told your friends you thought about going parachuting. It could
be the very adventure that you need, to push you beyond your boundaries. Friend one says “I
wouldn’t do that if I was you” a truism— this friend is NOT you and would not go
parachuting. But we take it as a command to not parachute. Friend two overhears the
conversation, and informs you of all the risks and deaths they heard through another friend
about parachuting. End result. Your idea is dead. You do not do it, and you remain stuck.
Only tell those people who can support you with your goal, idea, adventure or affirmation.
1 Empower your thoughts— focus and use silence. (don’t blab your ideas)
2 Honor your word— this affirms your thoughts have power and you have strength of
character.
3 The Energy in your affirmations is in direct proportion to the speed in which it becomes
real and true.
Tips that work
Negative events, people and thoughts will give you a flat battery in more ways than one.
Positive events, people and thoughts will give you energy in more ways than one.
You think of someone you have not thought about in years and amazingly they ring you or
bump into you. Thoughts have power. The more you free yourself of negative habitual
thoughts, the quicker your affirmations will manifest.
Words are just symbolic. Symbols we call letters are put together to form
sentences, from which we gain meaning, information and purpose. It is the
intention and focus behind your thoughts that make affirmations work. It is
not only the affirmation that makes it powerful, but the meaning and power
you give it— In essence, what it means for you.
Films and TV dramas usually reinforce negative dysfunctional states of being. If we are not
consciously aware of this we tend to emulate them. The world's news media is a pool of
negativity. If you watch the news or are addicted to television soaps or dramas, then this too
will deplete your energy. Conscious awareness is the ability to not let this negativity
unconsciously affect you. By just being aware of it, you change the pattern of energy.
Meditation and building sanctuary is essential for inner health and well being. Your body is a
temple that houses your spirit, your divinity. Treat it well. Self help books, tapes and lectures
are excellent resources to building inner sanctuary. Your inner place of power where the
energy of all affirmations comes from.
Remember : The positive affirmations create leverage when you apply the “Think it, feel it,
do it , be it — approach”. It takes very little to remove the large negative mind mass. An
example : “ My negative mind mass dissolves itself into the nothingness from whence it
came. “ I am sure you can create your own affirmations that feel right for you .

In nature, energy is expressed as the sun. The rays of the sun, shining bright, full of energy
and expansive.
This is representative of the energy of growth. We see this in children and adults who have
remained young at heart.
This is representative of older crusty, rigid, negative people. Negativity sucks you in just like
a black hole. People who are negative aren't happy until the people around them are also
Negative energy is similar to the energy of a riot, everyone gets contaminated, as the energy
runs until everyone is affected by it. Think of a time when you were negative, you felt
terrible, and were only happy when the people you were conveying this to joined your model
of the world, and also ended up negative.
If you were to tell a negative person to enjoy their negativity (situation or event) then this
could collapse them into a positive state. But not always.
Simply move away from negative people and choose not to have them in your world. Lets
look at how to do this Autonomously.
Negative people use tricks such as yes and no questions asked as statements. Examples
might be “Horrible day isn't it”, “the world sucks doesn't it”. By changing a statement into
a question, it then requires a yes or no answer. If you reply yes, then you have joined their
model of the world and you start to feel negative. If you say no, then they will challenge you
and give you all the negative proof. You'll either be defending or approving. Either way it
keeps you on guard and this will deplete your energy.
The simple solution is to simply move away. Bless them in your minds eye, focus on the
positive and leave. You may also be tempted to give a negative person an affirmation. This
is like challenging a wild dog with a twig. Only give affirmations to those who ask for them ,
or inquire about a healing way.
Live your life by example. When people notice that you are happy, on track, and ask you
how you do it, then tell them.
If you look at energy you can see it as fast moving or slow moving. Negative energy is
slow-moving and contains a lot of gravity. Most people's negative thoughts only go to the
extent of their own energy field, and collapse into themselves, just like a black hole. You
have to be really close - to get sucked in. If you had the thought “I wish I was dead” and
thought is instantly creative, then you would instantly die. You would never learn how to
master your world. Luckily, a negative thought is heavy, has a lot of gravity, and your
negative mind mass (built up over years) slowly attracts the event to you. It may take ten
years to manifest. If you don’t change your thinking then it eventually will. Deleting the
negatives as presented in this book de activates them.
You do not have to go through every single negative thought to de-activate it. Simply use a
collective affirmation and focus on positive outcomes.
Positive thought is fast moving. It impacts around you. If you had the thought “I need a new
job” then the time it takes to manifest will show you how fast your energy is moving. The
phone should ring within a day, with someone offering you a new job. If it takes ten years,
then you are stuck in the molasses of negative thinking or negative points of view.
Fear is a great carrier wave of negativity. Fearful people are carriers of negative energy.
These people always live in the future, a negative future. You can spot them easily because
they live in the world of "what if" - "what if the world ends" ,what if I get mugged", "what
if we go broke". The only solution to future negativity is to "stay in the now". Utilize
affirmations. take appropriate action, and raise your energy through affirmations, meditation
and purification of mind. Remember, anxiety is a nice word for fear.
When people stay in the now, they usually say "now what?". There is a peace when one
stays in an eternal present moment.
When you are there, put your energy into what you want, rather than talking about and
negating what you don't want.
Affirmations and utilising the elements presented in this book will help you to train your
mind and keep your energy raised and in an appropriate desired state of being. In fact, it is
good to practise conscious thought (affirmations) until they become a natural part of you.
Just as you need to sleep, you also need to meditate, create sanctuary and in so doing
regenerate on all levels of being - body, mind and spirit. It becomes a natural way of life.
Back to the Kahunas, they saw the subconscious as a “wild child” that needed the
comfort, love, discipline, training and support from the conscious mind. The conscious mind
then became a good parent, and directed the subconscious accordingly.
Ancient shamans were able to enter trance states, talk to the spirit world and negotiate with
the higher self. Zen and Buddhist monks, Kahunas, Medicine Men and Martial Artists, yogis,
as well as experienced meditators, spend years altering their state of consciousness. Their
goal being — to reach a state of one-ness, and even so, most of these advocates only
glimpsed for a brief moment or two - enlightened states. The moment the conscious mind
engages aware thought, the experiencer is pulled back into the conscious mind. The rare few
who achieve an everlasting connection to their higher self were called “Avatars”.
Enlightened beings who could perform miraculous healings on others.
The paths which lead them were either quiet meditation, stillness of mind, chanting,
praying, singing a repetitive mantra, (to occupy the conscious mind so as to gain access to
the subconscious mind and higher self). Sound and toning has a vast effect on entrancing the
mind. Or vigorous repetitive body movement like the whirling dervishes of the Sufis who
would change their inner state so as to walk on fire, heal the sick, or contact the dead. Many
ancient shamans took specific herbs to alter their awareness. Sweat lodges, rebirthing (Yoga
Breathing), are all tools for cleansing the body and achieving altered state of awareness.
Nowadays, you do not have to spend years in a monastery to achieve an altered state of
mind. With tools such as hypnosis, mediation and audio bio feedback tapes and audio tapes
that entrain the brain, (usually the tapes contain a metronome beat or variations of sound to
synchronize right and left brain hemispheres), we can alter our state of awareness quickly
and have access to deeper mind.
With the use of a trained Hypnotherapist we can direct the subconscious and create
pathways for your affirmations to be more effective (simply because a Hypnotherapist can
remove any trouble spots you may have to the positive affirmations you are working on. All
the ancient healers had great mental and body disciplines, and they all had many varied and
secret ways to achieve their desired results, some of which we are only now re– exploring.
Do you have to use bio feedback tapes for affirmations to work ? The answer is no. Your
affirmations will be very effective. Hypnosis, trance states and the use of bio feedback tapes
will only quicken your results, and are a good resource when you really need it. In ancient
times many people sought out the shamans for such help and training purposes.
Brain Waves
Meditation and hypnosis trance states, can be measured as Brain-Waves on a electroen-
cephalograph (EEG) machine. Although the states vary from person to person. The fact is
the brain waves DO change as we go deeper and deeper into meditation and / or trance, and
even then, you have to align your subconscious mind with the changes you want to
implement via an affirmation (hence inducing a self hypnotic state has great value).
Science has labeled the changes of brain waves into four major ranges of oscillation. as they
appear on an EEG machine. For your information, they are:
The cycle of oscillation around 14 — 20 cps, is known as Beta brain wave state. This is
the state of normal conscious awareness. Everyday alertness. Where we spend most of aware
consciousness. Now we do cycle from Beta, Alpha and Theta at various times through the
day — naturally. In Beta we experience the full range of emotions and it is where we
“worry” and “stress” the most. 25 + - cps, (cycles per second) is known as hysteria.
The cycle of oscillation around 4 — 7 cps, is known as the Theta brain wave state.
This is the state of deep relaxation. Theta is experienced frequently by Zen meditators.
If awareness is maintained, you may experience psychic phenomenon and or out of body
experiences. Both Alpha and Theta states are times where the body repairs itself and
cells regenerate.
Finally, the cycle of oscillation around 0 — 4 cps, is known as the Delta brain wave state.
This is the state where we experience our deepest stages of sleep. It is impossible to have
any conscious awareness at this level of brain activity. At this time, the Delta brain wave
state remains virtually uncharted.
The brain wave states of Alpha and Theta are the most effective with affirmations, self
Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. The ancients new how to trigger and maintain these at will. In
these deeper states they would build inner mind maps, bridges to their higher selves which
they could access at normal awareness any time they chose.
So with your well constructed affirmation, induce a self hypnotic state, go to the stillness
within, deepen the trance, focus your affirmation in your mind, Think it , feel it, do it, be
it, - become it. See it realised. Hand it over to your higher self, that part that is your own
creative, regenerative power. (you could even use a self hypnotic tape if you wish, or tapes
that entrain the alpha / theta state).
Utilizing hypnotic states and giving powerful affirmations to clients is a wonderful way to

Introduction
Initially, when starting affirmations, you need to remove the resistant surface thoughts that
lay in your subconscious mind. These subconscious thoughts tend to sabotage you ever
creating what you want. One way to remove the resistant thoughts is to utilize a response and
declaration column.
Stage 1
Do stage 1, until your initial resistance ebbs. (no more negatives come up for the response
column) Then, automatically go on to stage 2, utilising self induce trance states to focus on
your affirmation.
Notice that your declaration column is actually declaring and re-affirms the affirmation.
Say the declaration out loud seven times, over the day, and when in trance states.
Stage 2

I am a beautiful person I declare beauty in my life
Stage 2 is the creative affirmation plus it’s own declaration “making it so” do this stage for
seven days, utilizing self hypnosis and meditation with your affirmations. With any
affirmations, rest after seven days so that the energy that goes out from you, in your
affirmation, can return to you, your desired reality.
An example : If you had an Aboriginal Boomerang and you waved it all over the place with
your arm, but did not let it go, then it will never go out into the word and return to you.
As you build the energy in your affirmation, (seven days) keep silent, do not tell others what
it is you are creating or affirming. Then, release the affirmation simply by letting it go, you
don’t have to keep working on it, trust that it will manifest. The speed of which it manifests
is an indication of your energy levels.
Sometimes it is difficult to build the correct affirmation or to uncover your negative thoughts
that block you creating what you want. A way to uncover the blocks is to do what is called
“Mantric phrase therapy” Mantric phrase therapy uncovers the deep emotional negative
thoughts or blocks that dwell within. A mantra is a phrase you say over and over again, until
the next connecting thought surfaces, I.e. say for example you are feeling blocked, you want
to go out and socialize but simply do not have the energy or motivation. Mantric phrase can
back track a thought to where the blockage is and then with an appropriate affirmation, you
can clear the block.

Mantric phrase has it’s place and I wouldn’t use it all the time, only when extremely stuck.
Utilise affirmations, self hypnosis and the elements Think it, Feel it, Do it , Be it. Mode.
Affirmations like, “my negative thought are like a flat battery”, or “my negative past has no
power over me” can neutralise past experiences reoccurring. Sometimes, however, you will
be tested on this to really be sure that you have let go the negative conditioning.
We all live in a sea of energy. The time frame of its manifestation is the level of energy you
are vibrating to. If thoughts were instantly creative, then the idle thought… “oh I could just
die” would instantly kill you. You would have to reincarnate to continue your journey with
thought—creation mastery.
Luckily, we have time to adjust our thinking and our actions. If you had the idle thought
“oh I could just die”. This thought may take years to manifest. So you have time to change
it… ( to move beyond it having any power over you, and manifesting in your life).
The time and energy in manifesting your affirmation, is in how you raise your energy and in
what you focus your mind upon in your life.
To see what level you or your clients are on, just see what life is always mirroring back, con-
sensus reality.
Your thoughts and actions can raise or lower your energy accordingly. When a negative
event happens to you, then it has taken years in it’s creation. Affirmations can literally re
write your life’s script and move you beyond your negativity and previous life’s experiences.
Prayer, holy mantras, affirmations, a walk in nature can all raise your energy and you vibrate
faster, you literally disappear to the negative people and negative circumstances in your life.
If you are in a vehicle travelling at 100 kilometres an hour, a negative thought pattern
travelling at 5 kilometres an hour will never ever catch you. You have vibrated out if it’s
frame of reference and you no longer exist to it. However, you can put the brakes on and
slow down to a point where you meet it again. In our example, the negative thought pattern
can never travel faster than itself…. Ever. However you can travel any speed you want.
If you lower your energy and enhance and focus on your negativity, then you have indeed
put the brakes on and lowered your self back to it’s corresponding frame of reference. You
can move away from it or towards it. The choice is always yours. Quantum physics points to
all reality, that we perceive wether solid, real or ethereal, being nothing more than fluid
particles of energy, interacting, changing, transforming and creating.
Think and do five positive things that can raise your energy, there are many more that you
can think of . Here is an example to get you started.
1 Love your bills
2 Dance, party have fun (throw a party)
3 Celebrate everything in your life
4 Do good selfless deeds — often
5 Walk in nature

Nothing could get worse than this, Nothing could get worse than this
When our life’s going great, we may have the negative thought along the lines of:
“This is too good to be true” Our energy starts to spiral downwards until we reach a point
where all is hopeless, and we have a positive thought “Nothing could get worse than this”,
then our energy spirals upwards towards positive good events.
Affirmations allow us to steer between 0 and + 5 on our graph, which is pretty good for
living a positive happy life.
Negative peoples energy tends to vibrate between 0 and –5 and they will try to pull you
down to their level by utilizing the energy of heavy emotions, crisis's and high stress.
You do not have to have friends or feel obligated to anyone, especially when the results end
up with you feeling bad.
Singing, cleansing and not buying into the negatives is a worthy discipline. Especially when
people try to transfer their negative emotions onto you. Remember those time when sad and
angry people are not happy unless others become that way too !
Example. You get a visitor, a friend whom you have known for years, they convey that their
marriage has had it and they are an emotional mess. You sympathize with them, try to cheer
them up, they leave feeling the same as nothing is resolved. You however are stuck with the
negative emotion.
You sit down and talk about poor so and so with your partner, still discussing the tragedy,
when all of a sudden, you slip, at first imperceptivity into an argument that nearly splits you
and your loved one up.
You see this also in riots, It starts at one end of a football stadium and like a wild fire, burns
everyone in its path.
On questioning people after the riots they could not tell you why they felt rage, or anger or
why they were flogging the person next to them.. You see this energy with rock concerts
where the crowd surges forward crushing those in front.
As you learn to read energy. You will feel where you need to be. Those in tune would have
left the stadium before the riots started. Those in the flow of life are always in the right place
doing the right thing at the right time.
Visual collages
Sometimes, it is good to do a visual collage of the things you want to create, to symbolize
what it is you want to manifest. This gives the Subconscious mind something tangible to
focus upon. Here are the steps:
Be sure to be defined and clear with your collage. Be sure to celebrate it when it is created.
You will get to a point where you can just focus on one word affirmations as power thoughts
and you will be able to draw to you from your essence — what you truly desire.

• Create / access the stillness within via a trance hypnotic state when empowering what
you want to create.
• Keep your ideas silent, build the quantum energy within the thought, within the desire.
• Think it, feel it, do it , be it.
• Make it so.

The hypnotic sleep is when you are in a relaxed state of focused awareness. You are often
consciously aware of your thoughts and surroundings. Your mind may be passive or active in where
the mind drifts in thoughts, focus and awareness.
However, you may still be pleasantly surprised by the subconscious to conscious response you have
to following the therapeutic suggestions and commands of your therapist.
The most accurate description of the hypnotic state is “altered awareness” The hypnotized
person knows who and where they are, but is also focused on the directives of the therapist.
Occasionally after trance, a person may have little recollection of the content of the trance itself.
This ‘amnesia’ occurs in the same way that it does when you awake from a dream. Often you are
aware that you have had a dream, but can’t remember what it was.

A. Anyone with average intelligence can be Hypnotised. The more intelligent, the better the trance state
that can be achieved. Everyone is suggestible as that is a natural function of the mind. Trance states

Q. Will I be unconscious ?
A. No ! I work with your conscious to sub-conscious mind connections. You are aware but not
