Response:-Commuters gave an overwhelming response to our service and requested to start the
service as soon as possible in near future, as it was convenient, cheaper, with A/C and eco-friendly.
As per the feedback commuters are willing to pay around Rs.7-8/km for highway and around
Rs.6/km-Rs.7/km from Bandra Station East to Diamond market and Vis-a-Versa. On an Average
commuters Rated 4 out of 5 for our shared Electric last-mile service.
Feedback:-As we know the main obstacle to the service would be setting-up of an infrastructure
(Charging station), thus would recommend in future we can have tie-ups with Corporates to set-up
the quick-Charging station in their parking areas and can provide such kind of services to their
employees who travel daily by an auto-rickshaw or buses for which there are long queues outside
station or can also have potential tie-up with petrol pumps in that particular areas. Also the best
suitable vehicle will be SUPRO & E-Verito which will be much comfortable and provide ease for
commuters to get-in & out of vehicles. Also people would like to buy E20, if it’s priced around Rs.5-
5.50lakhs and more awareness is created in the market and stressed upon its running cost and
advantages.

We can easily increase the number of trips if we can setup Quick Charging stations across the
strategic locations where we will provide our Point-To-Point services, as it will enable to charge the
cars sooner. And can generate more revenues.

Quick Charging or normal charging stations can be setup at petrol Pumps like Reliance as few days’
back they stated to club petrol pumps with retail arms and also BPCL is looking to develop nonfuel
retail business and increase the revenue of petrol pumps.
