Assemble each side. Start with the Idler axle for simplicity.
Ensure the knurled portion of the axles grips the gears.
Glue may be required between the axle and the gear,
an epoxy or cyanoacrylate

Glue drilled wheel to inside of lid with an epoxy or cyanoacrylate.

Cut out the above jig from thin cardboard to assist
concentricity.
Rubber may be added to the exterior of the large wheels for
extra grip.

Press rear wheel assemblies onto axles, again a bonding agent may be required.
Take time to ensure the wheels run true.
Cut the rear plate out of thin cardboard. Glue the plate to the side of the frame
without supports. [The dimensions of this may be different for other chassis, measure
the area meant to be covered and adjust accordingly.]
