    This is in reference to the meeting held between M/S Leap India , M/S QUEST (PMC) and M/S Shri Balaji Buildmate Pvt. Ltd.on
    18.10.2019 at Leap Agri Site Office at Changsari ,Assam. The following points are discussed
    1. Mr B.C.Pandey welcome all members present in meeting and welcomes to QUEST Staff.
    2. Mr. S. Thangaraj brief about M/s.Leap India Food and Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
    3. Self - Introduction of Participants
    4. Mr. S.Maiti brief about the PMC
    5. Mr. Lalan Kumar brief about M/s.Sri Balaji Buildmate
    6. Mr. Enamul Haque has brief about the project details and site layout.
    7. Mr. Arif Khan has brief about the Quality and Safety Manual for adoption.
    8 & 9.Mr. Lalan has confirm that Lab Equipments & Construction Equipments delivered at site on 18.10.2019 and Balance Equipments
    will be mobilize before 22.10.2019. Manpower will be mobilised before 21.10.19
    10. First despatch of Equipment schedule has been discussed
    11.Site Working Protocol has been discussed
    12. As discussed in meeting ,Meeting days are below
    a) Daily Meeting - 4:00 PM of every day
    b) Weekly Meeting - Every Saturday at 4:00 PM
    c) Monthly Meeting - 1st Week of Every month to review and fix the targets
    13.Discuss with PMC regarding Reports,Formats for construction activities.
    14.Discussed Next meeting on 26.10.2019.
    15. Discussed other matter ,are follows
    a. Discussed with Contractor to submit the MTC of Cement and Steel
    b. Discussed to share the M30 Design Mix Report
    c. Quest will mobilise QA/QC Engineer and Safety Engineer by 21.10.2019.
    d. Discussed with contractor to deploy QA/QC Engineer,Safety Engineer and Planning engineer at site immediately. Mr. Lalan confirm that
    the staff will join the site by 21.10.2019.
    e. Discuss with contractor to submit the piling procedure by 21.10.2019 to review .
    f. Discuss with contractor to submit the weekly & monthly target (quantity wise)plan by 22.10.2019.

    This is in reference to the meeting held between M/S Leap India , M/S QUEST (PMC) and M/S Shri Balaji Buildmate Pvt. Ltd.on 24.10.2019 at
    Leap Agri Site Office at Changsari ,Assam. The following points are discussed
    1. Construction water permanent solution required.
    2. RMC source not confirmed till now and Mix design specification also not confirmed.
    3. Testing report for Steel, Bentonite, cement, sand and aggregate not given till now. Cement- Star (OPC) for pile work for the time used
    after confirmation from Our HO then give to permission permanently used.
    6. Steel brand is not approved in our list. Presently the contractor carry Duraguard steel.
    7. Calibration report for all laboratory machinery equipments is not submitted till now.
    8. Statututory compliance all documents submission (Labour Licence, PF, ESI, Insurance, Gate pass,etc).
    9. Safety Engineer, Quality engineer and Planning Engineer is not available at site.

    Suggestion:
    1. As per schedule of approved makes for civil works Cement and steel should be approved from Architect side.
