    b. See 'KEY TERRAIN' Catalogue for size and Ref. Nos. of fittings.
    c. Expansion Coupling required if L is over 3600mm.
    d. Holderbats required at 1800mm c/c and at fixed points.
    e. Joints made of sand & cement (sand:cement) mix 1:3 c:s by volume.
    f. This drawing is to be read in conjunction with other drawings
    g. All sewer details and manhole details are as on the plan and profiles or as directed by the engineer
    h. Manhole floor and walls shall be of class "20" concrete, roofs to be of class "25", benching of class "10"
    i. In open areas, surface of covers shall be horizontal. in roads and sidewalks covers shall be concreted at
    slope of road or side walk, flush with surface
    j. After construction, all g.i rings and seats of triangular type covers shall be greased
    k. All step irons shall be painted with two coats of bituminous paint
    l. All joints between sewers shall be watertight.
    j. 19mm section channel bend for 102mm pipe only.
