RESOLUTION NO.9
No Complete Uniform No Entry Policy
Excerpts from the Minutes of the Supreme Student Government assembly meeting with all the Classroom
Presidents down to secretary together with the class monitor and SSG Comelec on the 11 th of October 2019 at
the TVL Room.

Resolution indicating the penalty for students who wearing improper uniform.

WHEREAS, the said resolution will allow the SSG officers to impose and implement action student
wearing improper uniform.

WHEREAS, the student must be wear their proper uniform upon entering the school campus as
per prescribe uniform for respective grade level.

WHEREAS, every Monday to Thursday the grade 7 and 8 boys must be wearing a navy blue slacks
pants and prescribe polo with black shoes with sock and I.D. While the girl must be wearing gala
skirts, prescribe blouse, black shoes with white socks and I.D. The grade 9 and 10 boys are wearing
black slacks pants and polo, black shoes with socks and I.D. The girls must be wearing gala skirt
and prescribe blouse, black shoes with white socks and I.D.

WHEREAS, the senior high school must be wearing their prescribe uniform , black shoes with
socks and I.D.

WHEREAS, the students are allowed to wear white t-shirt with minimal print with slacks pants as
prescribe school uniforn and P.E. uniform are also allowed during Friday.

WHEREAS, the students not wearing their proper uniform must be subjected to go back home and
change their cloths.

WHEREAS, the students upon entering school without wearing their complete uniform must be
subjected to fine penalty upon the agreement from their respective classroom .

THEREFORE, on the motion of the SSG President, Saniel Celzo duly seconded by all the officers
be it resolved;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by penalty and disciplinary actions.

Over The Fence Policy
Excerpts from the Minutes of the Supreme Student Government assembly meeting with all the Classroom
Presidents down to secretary together with the class monitor and SSG Comelec on the 11 th of October 2019 at
the TVL Room.

Resolution indicating to impose penalty for the student who caught step over the fence.

WHEREAS, the said resolution will allow the SSG officers to impose and implement action to
those student caught step over the fence will be punish according to the policy.

WHEREAS, the students who committed against the policy must be subjected to a penalty, they
are obliged to bring fencing materials such as 5 pieces “taldok” , 5 pieces” kagingking”, and 6
pieces “bala” .

WHEREAS, the said punishment should minimize the student who going outside the campus
during class hour.

THEREFORE, on the motion of the SSG President, Saniel Celzo duly seconded by all the officers
be it resolved;

violating the school policy
