1. These are important to keep the information flowing between us. If you haven't already sent your check ins, please do so now. This will ensure I keep updating your
plans to avoid plateaus and keep you progressing. If I have already mentioned a day/ date to you, do check in on that date.
2. Your program plans will have a note about the duration of the plan and also a check in date for you. Please send your update with progress pictures and your weight statistics. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THAT! You need to send me your progress and checkins at mananjit@squats.in
3. In my experience, when clients don’t check in on time is because they did not follow the program for 1 or 2 days and are embarrassed to tell me. Let me tell you in that
case the worst thing you can do is not keep me informed. We are humans, and none of us are perfect. But under any circumstance I do not want a scenario where we stop
communicating! Whatever happens, we will try to repair the damage :)

4. I understand and expect you to have a hundred doubts when I get you started on a new plan or update your plan. I need you to send me all your doubts pulled
together in an email and if I don’t reply in 24 hours(in 90% of the cases I will) then remind me over whatsapp to check for your mail. I prefer answering questions
through email as I can then give you my undivided time and attention to your questions and problems. If you do this, I will be able to give you detailed replies instead of one
line answers as happens over chat (which I avoid).
5. Similarly, drop me a message in advance if you want to discuss something over a call. This way I can put everything aside for you and give you the attention you
deserve over the call.
