700/900 Series Ventilators

1.1 Technical Description of the Ventilator

1.1.1 Overview

The 700/900 series ventilator is an advanced, microprocessor-controlled, pneumatically driven ventilator

which has been designed specifically for the mechanical ventilation of adult and pediatric patients under
general anesthesia.

The control unit houses the electronic and pneumatic control systems. It sets the desired ventilatory
parameters and generates alarm, warning and status messages. The control unit also calculates and
implements the functions necessary to drive the bellows pneumatically.

The bellows assembly comprises a base and a bellows housing.

The 700/900 series ventilator is designed for use with a circle-type absorber and is ideally suited to both low-
flow and high-flow applications. The ventilator may also be used with either a Bain-type coaxial circuit or a
Jackson-Rees/Ayres T-piece type pediatric circuit by using an adaptor.

There are variations based on the drive gas used (MED AIR or oxygen) and the drive gas connector type
(depending on the eventual country of use).

The BleaseSirius anesthetic machine is designed to comply with;

ASTM F-1850, UL 60601-1, ISO 5358, IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-2-13, BS EN 740 and other International
Standards.

1.2 Features

1.2.1 Controls and Indicators

The operating parameters of the ventilator are set by a combination of touch screen and Trak Wheel.
Parameter values are shown on the touch screen.

1.2.2 Microprocessor Control

The built-in microprocessor control system makes it easy to upgrade and customize the unit.

1.2.3 Dual Mode Ventilation

The ventilator can be used as either a flow generator or a pressure generator and in both cases it is time
cycled. Ventilation can therefore be tailored to meet all patient requirements as each mode has an adult and
pediatric application. In addition to this the ventilator can be patient flow triggered.

1.2.4 Pressure Limit Control

This prevents barotrauma and gives maximum safety by ensuring accurate, safe ventilation to a pre-set
pressure limit.

1.2.5 Built-in Ventilator Pre-use Test

A ventilator Pre-use Test system ensures accurate ventilator delivery irrespective of system back-pressure.

1.2.6 Comprehensive Pressure Monitoring and Alarms

Selectable functions allow Airway, Peak and Mean pressure monitoring spirometry, together with high, low
and built-in airway flow detected Apnea alarms.

Alarms are activated to guard reliably against disconnection, circuit leakage and unachieved set volumes.
The alarms are audible and visible. When activated, the alarms are listed on the display.

The mains and battery alarms also have light emitting diode (LED) indication.

10 Technical Manual
700/900 Series Ventilators

1.2.7 Spirometry
The 700/900 series ventilator offers a simple, accurate and user-selectable display of set and monitored tidal
volumes.
The user also has a choice of one of the following on-screen waveforms:
1) Airway Pressure
2) Pressure/Volume NOTE: Not all waveforms are available
3) Flow/Volume on certain models.
4) Airway Flow

1.2.8 Battery Back Up

The internal battery is automatically charged when the ventilator is connected to the mains electrical supply.
If the ventilator is in the 'ON' position and the mains electrical power fails, the battery will provide continued
operation of the ventilator for a minimum of 30 minutes if fully charged. A discharged battery takes approx. 8
hours to fully charge.

1.2.8.1 Low Battery Indicator

The mains fail alarm will be activated and a battery symbol will appear in
the alarms panel. Symbol indicates how much charge is left in the battery.

1.2.9 Calibration Connector (Item 2 on figure below)

A 9-way D-type connector labeled CALIBRATION PORT is situated at the rear of the ventilator. This is not
an RS232 port and is used purely for calibration of the 700/900 series ventilator in conjunction with a special
lead. Further details can be obtained from Spacelabs Medical Technical Support.

1.2.10 Data Output (Item 1 on figure)

A 9-way D-Type connector is provided for RS232 connection of data to external monitor systems.

Improper connection of equipment or any power sources to the calibration port may
permanently damage the ventilator. Only a qualified technician should connect monitoring
equipment to the recorder output. Such equipment must be Spacelabs-compatible and meet
the regulatory standards of the countries in which the ventilator is used.

Technical Manual 11
700/900 Series Ventilators

1.3 Operating Modes

Some features of the ventilator are only available in certain ventilatory modes

There are four ventilation modes; Volume Control, Pressure Control, Pressure Support and SIMV + PSV.
The differences between the Adult and Pediatric modes are:
• The ventilator sustained pressure requires a greater pressure 'movement' in adult mode to avoid
being activated.
• Setting alarms and limits are, in general, optimized for lower pressures and volumes to be used in
pediatric mode.

WARNING: Short inspiratory times may result in inconsistent breath delivery. Avoid control
combinations which may produce very short inspiratory times (<150 ms).

WARNING: Pressure limiting is a safety feature and is also used in adult and pediatric mode
to provide ventilation (PCV). It should not be used for any other purpose, such as creation of
micro-breaths or emulation of specialized high frequency/low volume ventilation systems,
otherwise injury to the patient may result.

12 Technical Manual
700/900 Series Ventilators

1.3.1 Volume Control

Volume Control Ventilation is a time cycled mode that delivers a set volume into the circuit within a set time.
The 700/900 series ventilator ensures that the delivered volume is independent of any compression losses
in the absorber, bellows and associated tubing. Changes to fresh gas do not cause a permanent change to
the delivered volume, the ventilator automatically re-adjusts the delivered tidal volume within the next few
breaths.

When the tidal volume limit is reached, the ventilator immediately cycles into expiration.

1.3.2 Pressure Control

Pressure Control Ventilation is a time-cycled mode where the ventilator maintains the set inspiration
pressure for the inspiratory period. The user sets the required pressure.

The ventilator delivers volume until the set pressure limit is reached; then maintains the pressure until the
end of the inspiratory time.
The effect of Volume and Pressure modes on the pressure and flow waveforms is shown below:

Volume Control Mode Pressure Control Mode

Set pressure limit

Insp
Flow
Exp

Figure 2
Volume and Pressure Modes Diagram

Technical Manual 13
700/900 Series Ventilators

1.3.3 SIMV + PSV

SIMV+PSV is an extension of PSV mode in so far as the patient can take breaths on demand with optional
pressure support, but some mandatory breaths are included. The user must set a Trigger threshold and
Support Pressure, as for Pressure Support, and a Tidal Volume and Breathing Rate.

To prevent hyperventilation, any changes in the breathing rate are only allowed to take place slowly. If the
patient fails to make any effort to breathe, the SIMV function automatically defaults to the ventilation
function, identical to Volume Control Mode at the set SIMV rate.

1.3.4 Inspiratory Pause

When pause is activated, a percentage of the inspiratory time is used as a plateau prior to the start of the
expiratory phase. This means that the I:E ratio is maintained irrespective of the duration of the pause. The
pause feature is found under the Mode Selection menu and is user selectable from 0-50%.

Figure 3
Inspiratory Pause Diagram

14 Technical Manual
700/900 Series Ventilators

1.3.5 Sigh
When Sigh is activated, the delivered tidal volume in Volume Control Mode is increased by the set
percentage of the duration of one breath at the set frequency. The default percentage is 10% and default
frequency is once every tenth breath.

1.3.6 Pressure Support

In Pressure Support mode the patient controls when the ventilator starts to deliver and when the ventilator
cycles into expiration.

The start in inspiration is set by the flow trigger, once the patient has made an attempt to breathe that
exceeds the set flow trigger the ventilator will deliver at the support pressure until the flow is reduced to 25%
of the peak flow. The ventilator will then go into expiration.

In Pressure mode bpm, tidal volume and I:E ratio are all monitored values.

The user must set two parameters: the Trigger threshold (5 to 15 L/min), and the Support Pressure which is
referenced to the PEEP level (3 to 30 cm H2O).

When the user changes a value such that it does not comply with the required difference the box
surrounding the feature being adjusted and the value of the feature causing limiting to be enforced is
highlighted red. The value being adjusted could either be the PEEP level or the relevant pressure control.

The user can then:

• Accept the value being adjusted, in which case it will be set to the nearest acceptable value.
• Adjust the value to a non-conflicting value.
If the user does not make the change before end of time allowed for adjustment the value will set to the
nearest acceptable value.

1.5 Principles of Operation

For active inspiration the flow control valve is opened to provide a specific gas into the bellows assembly.
Simultaneously the expiratory solenoid closes and pressure is generated in the bellows assembly
producing an inspiratory flow to the patient.

The flow and pressure are measured by the microprocessor feedback system.

Expiration occurs when the flow control valve is closed and the expiratory solenoid opens and this
releases the gas from the bellows assembly.

In Pressure Control Mode the set pressure is achieved during inspiration and maintained at that level by
allowing a controlled bypass through the expiratory valve. This allows the required pressure level to be
maintained whilst compensating for any fresh gas flow into the patient circuit.

For expiration the expiratory solenoid is opened which releases the gas from the bellows assembly.

During all modes of ventilation an autozero is periodically applied to the flow sensors just prior to a breath
being delivered; at this point there is no flow through the sensors, this ensures that the measured values
are maintained as accurately as possible regardless of environmental variations.

A safety valve is present in the drive pressure exhaust 75 cmH2O. Its function is to protect the
patient against pressures exceeding 75 cmH2O ± 2 cmH2O by relieving the drive pressure on the
bellows.

NEEP is not supported by this machine but patient generated pressures may be measured
to - 10 cmH2O at which point an alarm will sound.

This section describes how to:

• switch on the ventilator;
• select the operating mode and functions;
• set the operating parameters.

WARNING: Short inspiratory times may result in inconsistent breath delivery. Avoid control combinations which
may produce very short inspiratory times (<150 ms).

WARNING: Pressure limiting is a safety feature and is also used in adult and pediatric mode to provide ventilation
(Pressure Control). It should not be used for any other purpose, such as creation of micro-breaths or emulation of
specialized high frequency/low volume ventilation systems, otherwise injury to the patient may result.

WARNING: Patient circuit disconnection is a hazard to the patient. Take extreme care to prevent such an
occurrence.
Monitored values require a few minutes to stabilize after initial activation. Despite this, the ventilator and set values
will function correctly.

2.4 Pre-Use Test

The Pre-use Test is primarily to measure and compensate for both the systems compliance (static|) and
patient compliance (dynamic). It will also perform a leak test of the intended patient circuit, absorber and
bellows.

If YES is selected the on

screen instruction tells the
user how to set up the
system. There are two
different instructions for
the gas analyzer, these
differ in how the exhaust
of the gas analyzer is
reconnected to the
system (These are
If NO is selected then the configured in a pass word

volume is used for the
compensation.

Once confirm is pressed the ventilation If this test is correct the

will raise the pressure up to 10cmH2O ventilator will then
and hold there for a few seconds. This increase the pressure a
is to check the system has been further 10cmH2O. This
connected as instructed and that both time the ventilator will
flow and pressure can be achieved in measure the volume of
the system. Visually this can be gas it had to allow into
confirmed on the manometer mounted the system to achieve the
pressure rise. This
volume will be used in
the compensation
calculation (see section
2.6.2).

The ventilator will hold this pressure

(20cmH2O) for 10 seconds. This is the
leak test. Provided the pressure does not
fall by more than 10% during this time, the
ventilator will pass the system leak test.

The user will be instructed This is the end of the ventilator controlled test and will have
to set the absorber to checked all parameters that are in use during mechanical
BAG. ventilation. The test will not have checked the breathing bag
or APL valve. The system check now offered will allow the
user to check these through on screen instructions.

Technical Manual 29
700/900 Series Ventilators

The first screen checks that the bag can be filled and that the APL can hold
pressure. After the unit passes this test the bag is then squeezed to ensure that
the 65cmH2O limit valve will work at the correct pressure. Once confirm is pressed
the instructions change to ensure that there are no occlusions in the system.

The final screen will check that the audible tone is working and give false
instructions to run the ventilator at defaults to check it is correct/ On
leaving this screen the test is complete.

Various errors can occur during these tests the following screen shots
display all the error screens together with the most likely cause.

30 Technical Manual
700/900 Series Ventilators

2.5 Error Messages

• Pressure trapped within patient circuits or sensing tube.
Remove any occlusions.

• Either bag/vent switch is in wrong position or the bag/

vent switch position not detected. Check alignment of
absorber against the mounting rods.

• The ventilator is reading too much from gas flow.

Check O2 rotometer is at its minimum. Confirm on
screen reading is less than 500. If the ventilator reading
does not agree with the flowmeter tube perform fresh
gas calibration.

Technical Manual 31
700/900 Series Ventilators

Pull forwards a couple of cm, check Check gauges for correct gas supply.
no foreign objects are between the
absorber and main frame, push
absorber fully back.

Failure to fill the bellows at the start If the system has a leak that is too
of the tests will be detected. large or if the circuit is not occluded
correctly the test will fail at this point. It
has been noted that this can be
caused by fitting a Re-breathing bag to
the ‘Y’ connector instead of occluding
the circuit on the plug provided on the
absorber.

If a leak is detected the above

causes are the possible places to
look. It should be noted that these
are not the only leak possibilities,
small holes in the sensor tubing,
cracks in the breathing circuits are
sometimes possible too.

32 Technical Manual
700/900 Series Ventilators

Below are the screens that set up the conditions affecting the opening Pre-use screens regarding
gas analyzer exhaust positioning.

The gas analyzer exhaust gas can be dealt with in two ways a) it can be simply exhausted to
atmosphere (scavenged) or b) it may be returned to the circle. These choices need to made by
the hospital and the selection made at the time of commissioning the system. The selection can
have marked effects on he leak tests carried out during the pre-use testing. If the sample line is
disconnected but the exhaust is returned to the circle then it may mask leaks by providing an
additional gas input. If the reserve situation i.e. the sample line is connected but the exhaust is
not then it would constitute a leak.

Technical Manual 33
700/900 Series Ventilators

2.6 Pre-use Test

2.6.1 Fresh Gas

Fresh gas (FG) flow adds to the delivered Tidal Volume (TV) during the inspiratory period. To compensate,
the delivered volume must be reduced.

The formula for this reduction is:

Effective TV = TV − TV due to FG
TV E = TV − ((FG flow rate (mL)/60 )* Inspired time (sec) )
TV E = TV − TV FG

For example Let:

FG flow rate = 5 LPM, TV = 600mL, Frequency = 10 BPM , I : E = 1 : 2.0
60 1
Inspired time = * = 2 Sec
10 3
5000
TV FG = * 2 = 88 1 3 = 1.67mL
60

Therefore:
Effective TV = 600 − 167 = 433mL

2.6.2 Compliance

Compression of gas in the dead space within the breathing system reduces the tidal volume delivered to the
patient. In an ideal ventilator, the Set TV would be the volume of gas that is delivered to the patient's lungs.
This cannot be achieved because the anatomy of the patient is unknown. However, the Set TV can be
accurately delivered from the catheter mount, thus reducing Set TV errors to a minimum.

To calculate the effect of breathing system compliance on the delivered TV it is necessary to measure the
capacity or compliance (Cs) of the system. This can only be done as part of a pre-use check procedure.

1. Switch the unit ON. The compliance menu will be displayed.

The patient airway flow sensor head must be in the patient circuit in order to carry out
compliance compensation.

2. You will be offered this screen.

3. Select Yes to Compliance Compensation and follow the

instructions on screen.

34 Technical Manual
700/900 Series Ventilators

The ventilator delivers a breath of known volume to the breathing circuit, records the pressure (cm H2O)
achieved and verifies that a leak is not present.

3. The dead space is calculated as follows: Volume (mL)

= dead space compliance ( C s )
Pressure (cmH 2 O)
This value is retained in memory until the ventilator is switched off or retested.
4. When the ventilator is set to use on a patient and when the ventilation is stable, he total compliance of
system and patient Ct is measured. The TV canthen be increased to compensate for the volume lost due to
compression within the breathing system. The increase in tidal volume is calculated by the formula:
⎛ C s ⎞
Set TV * ⎜⎜ 1 + ⎟⎟ = new TV (mL)
⎝ C t − C s ⎠

For example:
A system test measurement at a TV of 200 ml gave a pressure rise of 25 cm H2O.

200 mL
Cs = =8
25 cmH 2 O
Running the ventilator on a patient with a set 500 ml TV gave a peak pressure of 20 cm H2O.

500 mL
Ct = = 25
20 cmH 2 O

To calculate the increase in TV:

⎛ 8 ⎞
new TV = 500 * ⎜ 1 + ⎟ = 735 mL
⎝ 25 - 8 ⎠

Thus the 735 ml is the actual ventilator output into the breathing circuit to give 500 ml at the catheter mount.
The value must be recalculated every time volume controlled ventilation starts.

3.3 Major Component Installation

If any of the following; BAV controller, display board, inspiratory blocks or flow valves are exchanged the
following on screen installation routine must be completed.

To access the on screen installation;

• Select setup button.
• Select configuration button.
• Select service mode.
• Type in password ‘CALBK’ by scrolling up or down with arrows on screen to locate each letter.

Follow on screen instructions.

This installs the pressure transducer zero’s

and gain’s. This is required when the
inspiratory block replaces the BAV controller
or display.

This calculates the min and max flow through

the flow valves. This only needs to be
performed when the flow valves are replaced.

This calibrates the inspiratory valve. This is

required when the inspiratory valves or
inspiratory block are replaced.

This will give the zero point to the processor

for flow and pressure. This needs to be
preformed when inspiratory block, BAV
controller or display are changed.

This will zero the flow and pressure on the

display. This is required when the inspiratory
block or front panel are replaced.

3.4.1 Fresh Gas Calibration (2)

The ventilator must be in STANDBY. The first reading is at ZERO therefore because of the basal flow set on
the flow meters the only option is to disconnect all oxygen supplies (cylinders and pipeline) all other gases
must be reduced to ZERO on the flow tubes. A warning message will be displayed stating LOW SUPPLY
GAS. Ignore this message for this test. The flow tubes themselves are accurate enough for this calibration
but an external flow monitor can be used to check if required.

From this menu select Fresh Gas.

You are instructed to set Zero flow (on the flow tubes) then confirm.

Next you are instructed to set 1LPM (on the flow tubes) then confirm.

Then set 2LPM, 3LPM, 4LPM, 5LPM, 6LPM, 7LPM, 8LPM, 9LPM, 10LPM and finally 20LPM

If all is correct the ventilator will bleep and state DONE on the screen, after a few seconds you will be
returned to the normal run screen.

If an error occurs the calibration will be aborted. The only reason for this error is that there was not a step
change between one calibration point and the next.

3.4.2 Absorber fitted (3)

This allows the ventilator to be used with a system that does not have a BAG/VENT detect switch fitted.

3.4.3 Sigh (4)

Allows the fixed sigh amount to be set in this example every 10 breaths 10% extra will be delivering. Select
one of the parameters in the base to change using the arrow keys or Trakwheel.

58 Technical Manual
700/900 Series Ventilators

3.4.4 Gas Exhaust (5)

The exhaust from the gas analyzer is normally connected to the exhaust of the system and is collected by
the AGSS. This is referred to as atmosphere.

In very low flow applications it is often required to return the sample gas to the breathing system. This
prevents the bellows from slowly collapsing.

It is important that the ventilator knows where the return point is so that it can make the correct compliance
correction. The instructions to the use are changed dependant on which option is selected here.

If the return is to atmosphere/AGSS the user will be told to remove the sample line before pre use test.

If the return is to the breathing circuit the user will be told to ensure the analyzer is switched ion and that the
sample line is connected.

3.4.5 Enable Pre-use Test (6)

For most users this will be enabled. This will request the user to perform the pre-use test.

On some models or for so me installations this option can be turned off by selecting disable and then setting
a fixed compliance correction. The value of this should be selected to give a good approximation of a
‘normal set-up’ i.e. measure the system with a normal absorber full of soda lime and the most used
breathing system in place. Look at the measured system compliance displayed on the main screen. Then
set this value in as the disabled value.

3.4.6 Touch Calibration (7)

On the screen there will be a small red square displayed at the top left of the screen. Touch this square as
accurately as possible with your finger. Once touched, another red square will be displayed to the right and
lower than the first square. Again touch this square as accurately as possible, this will repeat until the tenth
square has appeared at the very bottom right.

Then four boxes will be displayed as a confirmation screen. Touch each of the four boxes as near to the
centre as possible. When an acceptable reading is obtained the box will show done. When all four boxes
are ‘DONE’ the screen will be calibrated and will display ‘passed’.

Technical Manual 59

3.5 Service Mode

3.5.1 Other Passwords used in the Service Mode

TECH2
For stand alone versions of the ventilator this will remain
unchecked.

For integrated ventilators this will be checked. Then if the fan

stops an alarm message will appear on screen.

This allows the on screen messages etc. to be in alternative

LINGO languages. There are four language packs that can be
programmed into the unit (see programming).

This allows the monitored Vti and Vte to be adjusted manually

to allow for variations in tubing and absorbers.
PRAAA

Run the ventilator into a test lung or breathing bag via a volume
measuring device to confirm that the ventilator is delivering
correctly.

NOTE it is not possible to adjust the delivered volume but it is

essential that you confirm it is within tolerance before
proceeding to adjust either Vti or Vte

Highlight the parameter you need to change. Using the up/down arrows or the Trakwheel adjust the value
until Vti and Vte are balanced and within +/-10% of the delivered value. It is also very important that the
Loop closes at the origin.

Make small adjustments to the highlighted Vte or Vti wait for a

couple of breaths to take place then check the monitored
values are correct and the loop closes. If further adjustments
are necessary repeat this procedure.

The small red highlighted boxes will give the Vte and Vti to 3
decimal places.

The Zero value should not be changed it is only for information.

Should the zero pressure need adjusting always use the
CALBK password and then run the display panel zero setup.

4.3 Pop-off Valve Seat

1. Remove the bellows housing and bellows.

2. Loosen the black thumbscrews and remove the pop-off valve.
3. Clean the valve seat carefully using a soft, lint free cloth.
4. There is an O-ring located in the bellows base, (see page 40) which provides a seal with the pop-off
valve,. After cleaning, check that the O-ring is in place, as the ventilator cannot function correctly without
it.

If the valve seat is damaged, the pop-off valve will leak and may cause serious malfunction.
Take care not to damage the precision-molded surface of valve seat while cleaning. Never use
a hard object or abrasive detergent. Use only a soft, lint-free cloth.

4.4 Sterilization

4.4.1 Patient Airway Flow Sensor

The flow sensor can be hand or machine washed and disinfected with a suitable disinfectant. Steam
autoclaving must not exceed 134oC. The sensor can be sterilized with ethylene oxide.

To clean the flow sensor, pour distilled water slowly and gently into the outlet port. Water must not be
directed into this port under pressure.
(See page 42).

Chemical decontaminants or liquid sterilization agents will damage the sensor and must
NOT be used for cleaning or sterilizing. If autoclaving the sensor, the autoclave must only be
used with distilled water.

Blanking cap on patient flow sensor is NOT autoclavable.

4.4.2 Bellows
The bellows, bellows base and pop-off valve require sterilization.

To avoid damage to the equipment:

Peak sterilization temperature must not exceed 134ºC.
Do not sterilize the control unit.
Gas sterilization should be followed by quarantine in a well-ventilated area to allow
dissipation of residual absorbed gas.
Follow the sterilization agent manufacturer's instructions.
The pop-off valve must be disassembled prior to autoclaving to prevent the occurrence of
clamping stresses.

1. Pull absorber forward to disconnect the bellows base.

2. Loosen the thumb screws retaining the bellows base and remove the bellows base and housing from
the control unit.

3. Remove the pop-off valve and clean and sterilize if required.

4. Perform sterilization as specified in the table on the following page.

Electronic Ventilator Performance Check Procedure

After servicing or repairing any of the Blease Electronic Ventilators the following checks must be performed.
Connect the ventilator as normal through the circle absorber etc with the patient flow sensor on the end of a
“Y” circuit. Connect the flow sensor to a volume measuring device and then a test lung.
Turn ON the Ventilator
Complete the pre-use test watching the manometer for signs of leaks during the leak

Run the ventilator at the factory defaults.

Check that compliance comes on after 3 breaths.
Under system information check that the compliance value is between 50 and 160
Check the bellows movement is between 600 and 750 mL mL
Check the expired volume on the measuring device is 500 +/- 50 mL mL
Increase the tidal volume to 800 mL
Check the bellows movement is increased to between 900 and 1100 mL mL
Reduce the tidal volume to 250 mL
Check the bellow movement is between 300 and 400 mL mL
Check the expired volume on the measuring device is 250 +/- 25 mL mL
Return the tidal volume to 500 mL and confirm the bellows movement and expired mL

Gradually increase the oxygen flow from basal flow to 10LPM note the bellows mL
movement decrease the expired volume will remain at the previously observed value

At 10LPM the bellows deflection will be approximately half the value it was at basal flow mL
Return the oxygen flow to basal flow
Change mode to Pressure Control at factory defaults

Allow 4 or 5 breaths and check that the top of the waveform is flat for 50% of the time.
Check that the peak pressure does not exceed the set pressure cmH2O
