coming home people usually get stuck at the rush hour. Added to this, a great
number of traffic accidents occurs in daily lives. Secondly, not only traffic jams,
but air pollution also has gained popularity with a large metropolis. In fact, a
great deal of factories, industries… have been considerably increasing because
of urban sprawl. The emission of them has been released to environment. As a
result of them, it seems to become high levels of pollution, especially air
pollution. Thirdly, a key issue needs discussing is that the high crime rates. As a
matter of the fact, city dwellers have to face financial difficulties on account of
high living costs. Moreover, in modern world, there are still have a wider gap
between rich and poor people. Consequently, all of these causes are the main
reason leading to crime problem. Additionally, living in a big city have some
advantages such as: offering more job opportunities, closing to amenities like
shopping centres, cinemas. People living in urban area have access to better
educational facilities, medical services... To conclude, our lives in a large city is
likely to be harmful as well as benefical.
